一种链式果园施肥开沟机开沟刀的有限元分析

【摘要】:开沟刀是果园施肥开沟机的最主要部件,其结构设计是否合理直接影响刀体所受阻力与工作性能。对链式果园施肥开沟机的开沟刀切削阻力进行计算,运用Solidworks软件建立开沟刀三维模型,利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对开沟刀进行结构静力学、动力模态及谐响应分析。结果表明,"C"形刀具在作业时不会发生刀体断裂与刀体畸变,满足刚度、强度要求;开沟刀在作业时具有良好的动态特性,根据转速与频率的关系,其作业过程中不会发生共振现象;开沟刀在作业时,第4、5阶固有频率附近不会发生共振。
[Abstract]:The trench cutter is the most important part of the orchard fertilizing and trenching machine. Whether the structure design is reasonable or not directly affects the resistance and working performance of the knife body. The cutting resistance of the chain orchard fertilizer and trench opener is calculated. The three-dimensional model of the trench cutter is established by using Solidworks software. The structural statics, dynamic mode and harmonic response of the trench cutter are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench. The results show that the "C" cutter does not break and distort the cutter body during operation, which meets the requirements of stiffness and strength, and the trench cutter has good dynamic characteristics in operation, according to the relationship between rotational speed and frequency. Resonance does not occur in the process of operation, and resonance does not occur near the 4th-order natural frequency of the trench opener.
