城镇化背景下农村能源消费现状及调整对策研究——基于北京市农村生活用能的分析

【摘要】：在气候环境恶化与国际减碳目标的压力下,长期被忽视的农村能源消费问题需要引起各界高度重视;中国农村能源消费结构正在从传统的非商品能源消费模式过渡到商品能源消费模式,农家能源需求正在成为中国能源需求和碳排放增长的主要来源。该研究在中国能源供求变化趋势的基础上,利用北京市13个涉农区县,抽选214个村,对1866户的调研数据,对北京地区农村能源消费现状及问题进行系统校对,进一步结合农村政策措施,评估压减燃煤效果和清洁能源供应趋势,提出农村能源结构调整路径,以期推动农村地区清洁能源利用水平和压减燃煤工作的落实。
[Abstract]:Under the pressure of climate and environmental degradation and international carbon reduction targets, the long neglected rural energy consumption needs to be highly valued by all walks of life. China's rural energy consumption structure is shifting from the traditional non commodity energy consumption pattern to the mode of commodity energy consumption, and the demand for agricultural energy is becoming the energy demand and carbon emission in China. On the basis of the changing trend of China's energy supply and demand, the study makes use of 13 villages and counties in Beijing, selected 214 villages, and the survey data of 1866 households, systematically proofread the current situation and problems of energy consumption in rural areas in Beijing, and further combine the measures of rural policies to assess the effect of reducing the effect of coal burning and the supply of clean energy. The trend of rural energy structure adjustment is put forward in order to promote the utilization level of clean energy in rural areas and reduce the implementation of coal-fired work.
