UHPLC-QE研究吡虫啉对斑马鱼肝脏代谢物的影响

【摘要】:采用代谢组学的方法研究了水体中亚致死剂量的吡虫啉对斑马鱼肝脏代谢的影响.将斑马鱼暴露在亚致死剂量的吡虫啉药液中8 d.使用UHPLC-QE结合mzC loud、Chemispider数据库对斑马鱼的肝脏代谢物进行鉴定.通过对检测结果进行主成分、偏最小二乘法分析,筛选出鸟氨酸、胆碱、亚精胺作为亚致死剂量吡虫啉对肝脏代谢异常的指标.
[Abstract]:The effect of the lethal dose of imidacloprid on the liver metabolism of zebrafish was studied by means of metabonomics. Zebrafish were exposed to sublethal dose of imidacloprid for 8 days. The liver metabolites of zebrafish were identified by UHPLC-QE and mzC Louis Chemispider database. By means of principal component and partial least square method, ornithine, choline and spermidine were selected as indexes of sublethal dose of imidacloprid on abnormal metabolism of liver.
