改性沸石改良底泥对土壤中微生物生物量碳及酶活性的影响
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the activity of heavy metals in sediment and realize the reuse of sediment, the sediment contaminated by heavy metals in Dongting Lake was used as experimental object. The effects of modified mud modified by NaCl and chitosan on microbial biomass carbon and enzyme (urease and dehydrogenase) activity in soil were investigated. The experimental results show that the two zeolites are added to the modified sediment. The microbial biomass carbon content increased in the water soluble metal concentration decreased. NaCl modified zeolite treatment group (zeolite / sediment mass ratio 3 / 7) and chitosan modified zeolite treatment group (zeolite / sediment mass ratio 1 / 9 / 3 / 7 and 6 / 4) increased microbial biomass carbon content. The microbial biomass C / N ratio was 2.8 times higher than that of the original one. The soil enzyme activity of soil urease and dehydrogenase increased with the increase of the dosage of chitosan modified zeolite, and the effect of adding mud on soil enzyme was more obvious than that of NaCl modified zeolite. The activities of urease and dehydrogenase in the group with the maximum dosage of chitosan modified zeolite (6 / 4) increased by 1. 11 ~ 1. 6 times as compared with the control group, respectively.
