缙云山两种林分土壤呼吸影响因素分析

【摘要】:土壤呼吸受众多生物与非生物因素综合调控,区别研究经果林与生态林土壤呼吸的主要影响因子对于了解CO2排放对环境和植物生长的影响十分重要.2014年7月至2015年6月,以重庆市缙云山马尾松林和柑橘林土壤为研究对象,探讨不同森林类型的土壤呼吸、土壤微生物、土壤酶及土壤温湿度特征及其相关关系.研究表明:1)观测期内,柑橘林土壤呼吸速率明显高于马尾松林;2)两种林分土壤呼吸速率有明显的季节变化,从高到低顺序为:夏季、春季、秋季、冬季;3)土壤呼吸速率与土壤湿度、细菌数、放线菌数、总PLFA数及脲酶质量分数成正相关,与真菌数成负相关.综合分析表明,土壤呼吸受土壤温湿度、土壤微生物及土壤酶等因素共同作用,其中土壤湿度是土壤呼吸季节变化的主控因子.
[Abstract]:Soil respiration is regulated by many biological and abiotic factors. It is important to study the main influencing factors of soil respiration in fruit forest and ecological forest in order to understand the effects of CO2 emissions on environment and plant growth. Soil respiration, soil microorganism, soil enzyme, soil temperature and humidity of different forest types were studied in Pinus massoniana forest and citrus forest in Jinyun Mountain, Chongqing. The results showed that the soil respiration rate of citrus forest was significantly higher than that of Pinus massoniana forest during the observation period, and the order from high to low was summer, spring and autumn. Soil respiration rate was positively correlated with soil moisture, bacterial number, actinomycete number, total PLFA number and urease mass fraction, but negatively correlated with fungi number. Comprehensive analysis shows that soil respiration is affected by soil temperature and humidity, soil microorganism and soil enzyme, among which soil moisture is the main controlling factor of seasonal variation of soil respiration.
