番茄秸秆沤制液态有机肥的制备、理化性状和育苗效果研究

【摘要】:通过综合分析番茄秸秆厌氧发酵及有氧发酵沤制液态有机肥的理化性状及番茄育苗效果,对番茄秸秆沤制液态有机肥效果进行评价,探求番茄秸秆沤制液态有机肥的合理方法。本试验以番茄秸秆为试验材料,以厌氧发酵组(T1组,番茄秸秆:清水=1g:5mL)、有氧发酵组(T2组,番茄秸秆:清水=1g:2mL)为处理组,清水为对照组(CK组),进行为期90天的发酵试验。测定有机肥制备过程中各组营养元素含量及番茄幼苗苗期生长过程中的形态指标和生理指标,运用Excel和DPS软件进行数据处理,对番茄秸秆沤制液态有机肥效果综合评估。试验表明,番茄秸秆厌氧发酵沤制液态有机肥的全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效钾均高于其他处理,呈现极显著性差异,番茄秸秆有氧发酵沤制液态有机肥的全钾、速效磷、有机质、EC值高于其他处理;番茄秸秆厌氧发酵沤制液态有机肥处理的番茄幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、地上/下部分鲜重、地上/下部分干重、根冠比、壮苗指数均高于其他两组处理。番茄秸秆厌氧发酵沤制液态有机肥是对番茄秸秆高效资源化处理和养分再利用的较好途径之一。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive analysis of the physical and chemical properties of tomato straw anaerobic fermentation and aerobic fermentation retting liquid organic fertilizer and the effect of tomato seedling raising, the effect of tomato straw retting liquid organic fertilizer was evaluated, and the reasonable method of tomato straw retting liquid organic fertilizer was explored. In this experiment, tomato straw was used as experimental material, anaerobic fermentation group (T1 group, tomato straw: clear water = 1g:5mL), aerobic fermentation group (T2 group, tomato straw: clear water = 1g:2mL) as treatment group and clear water as control group (CK group) for 90 days. The contents of nutrient elements in each group during the preparation of organic fertilizer and the morphological and physiological indexes during seedling growth of tomato seedlings were determined. The data were processed with Excel and DPS software to evaluate the effect of tomato straw retting liquid organic fertilizer. The results showed that the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, available potassium and available potassium of the liquid organic fertilizer were significantly higher than those of other treatments. The plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, aboveground / lower part fresh weight, aboveground / lower part dry weight, root / shoot ratio of tomato straw treated by anaerobic fermentation and retting liquid organic fertilizer were higher than those of other treatments. The seedling index was higher than that of the other two groups. The composting of liquid organic fertilizer by anaerobic fermentation of tomato straw is one of the better ways to treat tomato straw efficiently and reuse nutrients.
