基于响应面法的拉延成形参数优化

【摘要】:针对汽车覆盖件拉延成型易发生破裂、起皱和成型不足等缺陷,提出一种基于响应面法的优化方法。以拉延筋阻力系数和压边力作为优化因素,将最大减薄率、最大增厚率和安全评价函数作为目标函数,采用响应面法构建优化因素与目标函数间的拟合方程,求解得到最优的参数组合:t1为20%,t2为15%,t3为20%,压边力大小Fb为80 t。实际实验结果和有限元结果基本吻合,表明该方法可以有效优化拉延成形参数。
[Abstract]:An optimization method based on response surface method (RSM) is proposed to solve the defects of automobile panel drawing such as rupture wrinkle and insufficient forming.Taking drag coefficient and blank holding force of drawing bars as optimization factors, taking maximum thinning rate, maximum thickening rate and safety evaluation function as objective functions, the fitting equation between optimization factors and objective functions is constructed by using response surface method.The optimal parameter combination: t 1 is 20 and t 2 is 15 and t 3 is 20 and the blank holder force F b is 80 t.The experimental results are in good agreement with the finite element results, which shows that the method can effectively optimize the drawing forming parameters.
