气压式EPB用电磁阀的仿真与动态特性研究

【摘要】:气压式EPB(电子驻车制动)系统电磁阀的响应速度直接影响系统的性能。通过建立气压式EPB用电磁阀机械系统、电系统和磁系统的数学模型,运用Matlab/Simulink对电磁阀进行仿真研究,得出影响电磁阀工作性能的主要因素和动态特性,从结构角度提出优化电磁阀性能的思路。
[Abstract]:The response speed of solenoid valve in pneumatic EPB (electronic parking brake) system directly affects the performance of the system. By establishing the mathematical models of mechanical system, electric system and magnetic system for pneumatic EPB solenoid valve, and using Matlab/Simulink to simulate the solenoid valve, the main factors and dynamic characteristics affecting the working performance of solenoid valve are obtained. From the point of view of structure, the idea of optimizing the performance of solenoid valve is put forward.
