混合Ⅲ型第50百分位假人头部跌落试验影响因素探究

【摘要】:假人头部标定试验结果对保证汽车碰撞测试过程中假人头部响应的可信性有重要影响。使用控制变量法研究了头盖紧固力矩、头部Y轴偏角、头部质量、刚性表面偏角和滑石粉等因素对标定结果的影响。结果表明:头盖紧固旋转力矩对于头部标定结果影响较小;而合成加速度会随着头部质量的降低呈现增加的趋势;在头皮与头骨之间擦拭滑石粉会使合成加速度峰值降低约4%。标定试验结果对头部Y轴偏角和刚性平面偏角两个因素较为敏感,因此需要采用更精确的测量仪器来使这两个角度接近标称值。
[Abstract]:The results of the dummy head calibration test play an important role in ensuring the reliability of the dummy head response during the vehicle crash test. The effects of the fastening moment of the head cover, the Y axis deflection angle of the head, the head mass, the deflection angle of the rigid surface and talc powder on the calibration results were studied by using the control variable method. The results show that the rotation moment of the head cover has little effect on the head calibration results, while the synthetic acceleration increases with the decrease of head mass, and wiping talc powder between the scalp and the skull reduces the peak value of the synthetic acceleration by about 4%. The calibration results are sensitive to the Y axis deflection angle of the head and the rigid plane deflection angle, so it is necessary to use more accurate measuring instruments to make these two angles close to the nominal value.
