转向节衬套压装推孔双工位机床控制系统的设计

【摘要】:分析了汽车前桥转向节衬套压装推孔生产方式,结合加工流程,设计了基于三菱PLC的自动转向节衬套压装推孔双工位机床控制系统。对电气控制系统和PLC软件流程进行分析,实践结果证明双工位机床运行效率高,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mode of production of pressure-pressing push hole for steering joint bushing of front axle of automobile, and designs the control system of double-station machine tool based on Mitsubishi PLC for pressure and push hole of automatic steering knuckle bushing. The electrical control system and PLC software flow are analyzed. The practical results show that the double-station machine tool is safe and reliable.
