3岁儿童C4-C5颈椎有限元建模方法研究

【摘要】:使用缩放和非线性拟合的方法,获得了3岁儿童颈部材料参数;提出了一套儿童颈部韧带的力学特性缩放方法;开发了具有精确几何及解剖学结构的3岁儿童C4-C5颈椎段有限元模型,并在准静态、动态拉伸载荷下进行了验证.结果显示,准静态拉伸刚度为211.8N/mm,动态拉伸最终失效力为759.9N,最终失效位移为5.083mm,均与实验值吻合良好;动态拉伸力-位移曲线与实验曲线吻合较好.验证结果表明,本模型能够较准确地反映3岁儿童C4-C5颈椎段的准静态和动态拉伸力学特性,具有较高的生物逼真度.
[Abstract]:Using scaling and nonlinear fitting methods, the neck material parameters of 3-year-old children were obtained, and a set of mechanical properties scaling method of children's neck ligaments was put forward. The finite element model of C4-C5 cervical vertebrae in 3-year-old children with accurate geometry and anatomical structure was developed and verified under quasi-static and dynamic tensile loads.
