太原市机动车维修检测信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着道路运输行业的日趋规范,道路运输管理部门在营运车辆的维护与检测方面的监管责任越来越大。为明确道路运输经营者的责任,如何快速实现车主在车辆维护检测期间的权益不受侵害,已经成为车辆维修行业管理部门最现实也是最根本的任务。达成此目标需要道路运输管理部门、维修检测企业及车主三方通过信息化手段集成操作。基于此,本文设计出可以实现上述目标的机动车维修检测信息系统,它功能全面、性能稳定,界面易于操作。其内部构成主要有行业管理端、企业服务端及车主手机APP端。该信息系统不仅包含了行业管理者查询、审批、统计等业务功能模块,还包含了企业用户的统计、发放、监控等业务功能以及车主用户的查询、预约、评价等业务功能模块。该信息系统采用B/S结构开发,以Java EE平台作为系统的架构平台,通过SQL Server 2010关系数据库完成开发。在使用该系统时,客户端无需安装任何软件,使用浏览器即可使用相关功能。本文详细介绍了该系统的开发过程。系统在经由数据库设计、人员培训,系统平台的建立,应用程序设计与编码,程序测试与系统调试,试运行,现场布局调整与系统移入,组织机构调整,系统切换、文档整理与验收(鉴定)后,形成切实可用的道路运输行业应用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing standardization of the road transport industry, the regulatory responsibility of the road transport management department in the maintenance and inspection of operating vehicles is becoming more and more. In order to clarify the responsibility of road transport operators. How to quickly realize the vehicle owners' rights and interests during the period of vehicle maintenance and inspection has become the most realistic and fundamental task of the management department of the vehicle maintenance industry. To achieve this goal needs the road transport management department. Maintenance inspection enterprises and vehicle owners through information means integrated operation. Based on this, this paper designed a vehicle maintenance detection information system, which can achieve the above objectives, it has a comprehensive function and stable performance. The interface is easy to operate. Its internal components are mainly industry management end, enterprise service end and owner mobile phone APP terminal. This information system not only includes business function modules such as industry manager inquiry, approval, statistics and so on. It also includes the business functions such as statistics, distribution, monitoring and other business functions of enterprise users, as well as the query, reservation, evaluation and other business function modules of vehicle owners. The information system is developed with the B / S structure. The Java EE platform is used as the architecture platform of the system, which is developed through the SQL Server 2010 relational database. When using the system, the client does not need to install any software. This paper introduces the development process of the system in detail. The system is designed through database design, personnel training, system platform establishment, application program design and coding. After program testing and system debugging, trial running, site layout adjustment and system moving in, organization adjustment, system switching, document arrangement and acceptance (appraisal), practical application of road transportation industry is formed.
