MOOC时代大学生思想政治教育方式面临的挑战及对策研究

【摘要】:自2013年起,由清华大学、北京大学、上海交通大学等国内一流大学牵头,MOOC建设和应用迅速在高校热了起来。短短四年,多所名牌大学已经高调“结盟”,创建了多个知名MOOC平台,呈现了上千门优质课程。据统计,MOOC平台为高校定制课程已达5600多门次,高校和社会学习者选课人次已超过3000万,MOOC对高等教育的影响已经席卷全国。大学生思想政治教育在高等教育中扮演着重要的角色,具有对象规模大、师资匮乏、内容枯燥乏味的特点,鉴于此,借助于MOOC可有效缓解当前思想政治教育的困境,助力思政教育工作的高效进行。首先,论文从网络快速发展的时代背景出发,探究了MOOC时代大学生思想观念得到了改变,大学师生关系得到良好发展,陈旧的思政教育模式也得到了变革,但同时也为思政教师和学生带来挑战,使教学管理趋于复杂化,教育成本压力巨大,以及影响教学评价,据此,从正反两方面探讨MOOC对思政教育的影响,有助于专家学者对MOOC进行理性思考和定位。其次,论文一方面以Z大学为研究对象,调查了Z校当前思政教育发展现状,思政教师和学生对MOOC的接受度和应用建议,以及思政教育MOOC应用中存在的问题,主要包括:学生积极性不高,教师应用力不强,学校推行力度小,政府保障性低;另一方面以国内思政MOOC建设较成熟院校为例,对其建设经验进行分析,并对比Z大学MOOC建设现状,从而得出思政MOOC建设的必要性和紧迫性。再次,通过上述MOOC对思政教育正反两方面影响的论述,以及结合对Z大学的实证调查和清华大学、武汉大学及湖北理工大学的案例分析,论文提出思政教育MOOC建设应以有效教学理论和联通主义学习理论为指导,理性定位MOOC在思政教育中的地位,指出MOOC是思政教师的辅助者,是思政教育的承载者,是思政教育理念的强化者,是学生受教育的助推者,进而有效调整MOOC背景下大学生思想政治教育教育方式要素功能,要调动学生主动性,理性对待教师角色的转换,创新教学评价方式.最后,综合分析MOOC时代大学生思政教育面临的挑战和思政教育MOOC应用中存在的问题,基于有效教学理论和联通主义学习理论,从学生、教师、学校、政府角度提出MOOC在大学生思政教育中的应用策略,指出学生应积极参与MOOC,加强自主性,提高思政教育意识;教师应更新观念,提高MOOC技术,加强MOOC吸引力,端正职业态度;学校应重视MOOC建设,共享MOOC资源,提高MOOC执行力,加强MOOC宣传力;政府要加强政策保障,加大资金支持,创建多元化MOOC平台。论文主要采用问卷调查法、文献分析法、比较研究法,分析了MOOC时代大学生思想政治教育教育方式面临的挑战与阻力。其创新点在于:一是以MOOC和思想政治教育相结合的研究相当之少,加之以导师的课题项目作为选题来源,实为新的领域,从选题上来看,本研究择新而论;二是本研究通过实证调查分析研究了大学生对MOOC应用的接受度以及MOOC应用中的阻力,从而提出解决策略,所以实证性研究也是本文的创新点;三是本研究分析了思政教育MOOC模式和传统教育方式的优缺点,也对国内MOOC建设成熟的院校进行了对比研究,从研究内容上看也是具有创新之处的。
