基于层次分析法的老年人APP设计研究

【摘要】：目的为了提升老年信息产品的满意度,提出一种合理有效的设计方法。方法先采用文献研究和焦点小组法对老年人APP进行形态图构建,随后通过层次分析法获取老年人在形态决策过程中的偏好,并以此为依据构建最佳偏好原型,最后通过对比不同偏好等级方案的问卷满意度评估结果,验证方法的正确性与有效性。结论融合层次分析和形态分析的老年人信息产品设计方法,不仅可以为设计师提供较为全面的方案组合,而且可以在方案决策阶段帮助设计师客观有效地获得老年人满意的方案原型。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the satisfaction of information products for the elderly, a reasonable and effective design method was put forward. Then through the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the preferences of the elderly in the process of morphological decision-making, and based on this to construct the best preference prototype, and finally through the comparison of different preference level of the questionnaire satisfaction evaluation results. Conclusion the method of information product design for the elderly, which combines AHP and morphological analysis, can not only provide a more comprehensive combination of solutions for designers. Moreover, it can help the designer to obtain the satisfied prototype of the aged objectively and effectively in the stage of project decision.
