移动设备交互式图像测量的研究与应用

【摘要】:图像测量技术是以数字图像处理为基础,结合了光学、电路、信号处理、计算机视觉处理等技术的高性能非接触式测量技术.如今平板电脑和智能手机等移动设备的应用十分广泛,图像测量技术也逐渐应用到移动设备上,走进人们的日常生活中.针对现有的图像测量软件在移动设备上的应用存在的误差大,交互性差等不足,提出了本文研究的重点内容.本研究结合数字图像处理原理,对移动设备上人机交互的图像测量的流程与算法进行了深入研究,并通过对多组实物的测量来进行验证.移动设备的图像测量过程主要包括图像预处理、图像二值化、边缘检测、图像分割、直线、圆侦测及区域成长、相机标定等图像处理技术.其中,边缘检测采用二进小波变换和改进Canny算法融合的方法,可以检测到更多图像细节,轮廓更加平滑完整,使得测量系统的结果更加精确;图像分割采用人机交互的方法,由用户划分辅助;相机标定方法也是由用户根据自己的需求来进行选择,充分体现了本系统的交互性.在实验部分,分别通过几组实物来进行直线和圆的多项参数测量,并对测量结果及产生的误差进行分析.实验结果证明本研究所提的测量算法是可行且有效的,在采用移动设备摄像系统且摄像环境并不理想的情形下,测量精度依然能达到毫米级,可以满足大部分测量系统的需要.
[Abstract]:Image measurement technology is based on digital image processing, combining optics, circuits, and signal processing. High performance contactless measurement technology such as computer vision processing technology. Nowadays, the application of mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones is very extensive, image measurement technology is also gradually applied to mobile devices. In view of the shortcomings of the existing image measurement software in the application of mobile devices, such as large error, poor interaction and so on. Based on the principle of digital image processing, the flow and algorithm of human-computer interaction image measurement on mobile devices are deeply studied. The image measurement process of mobile devices mainly includes image preprocessing, image binarization, edge detection, image segmentation, straight line, circle detection and region growth. Image processing techniques such as camera calibration, edge detection using binary wavelet transform and improved Canny algorithm fusion method, can detect more image details, contour more smooth and complete. The results of the measurement system are more accurate; The method of human-computer interaction is used in image segmentation, which is aided by user division. Camera calibration method is also selected by the user according to their own needs, fully reflecting the interaction of the system. In the experimental part, through several groups of physical objects to carry out a number of linear and circular parameters measurement. The experimental results show that the proposed measurement algorithm is feasible and effective in the case of mobile equipment camera system and the camera environment is not ideal. The accuracy of measurement can still reach millimeter level, which can meet the needs of most measurement systems.
