基于Unity 3D技术的虚拟电子车间开发与实现

【摘要】:虚拟仿真实训平台以虚拟漫游为基础,通过对环境和设备的三维建模、动态仿真和虚拟控制,完成实训教学。与传统实训教学仪器设备昂贵易损、学生安全没有保障、细部构造无法展现等缺点相比,虚拟仿真教学平台易于推广、便于维护,可360度展现精细器件,能充分保障用户学习时的安全,并且具有虚拟现实的沉浸性、构想性等特点,可以极大的提升学生的学习兴趣,最终提高教学效果。本文根据建构主义理论和虚拟仿真理论,基于通用的游戏引擎平台Unity 3D和主流的建模软件3Ds Max,以虚拟电子科技公司为背景,研究了虚拟仿真系统用于教学的可行性。首先,通过对实际电子生产企业进行调研和分析,使用3Ds Max建立和实物比例、位置相似的三维模型,并着重分析Unity 3D的建模规范。其次,对Unity 3D在应用过程中的技术难题,如碰撞检测、渲染等问题的解决提供方案。最后,将制作的模型和关键技术组装起来,形成一个完整的、功能完备的虚拟电子科技公司。本文以虚拟电子车间中的波峰焊设备和用户形象为例子,对开发过程和虚拟操作方法进行了详细的阐述。其中包括建模过程中波峰焊设备和人物模型建模面数的控制方法,人物在车间中漫游时碰撞检测的使用,以及厂房内不同模式渲染的比较,通过实例的形式详细阐述开发过程。通过本文的方法,使用Unity 3D技术开发虚拟仿真教学系统是可行且有效的。虽然平台的使用受到了网速的制约,但在三维技术广泛普及、三维引擎功能日趋强大的背景下,相信更加完善有效的虚拟仿真教学系统一定可以实现,并将在实训教学中发挥更大的作用。
[Abstract]:The virtual simulation training platform is based on virtual roaming. Through the 3D modeling, dynamic simulation and virtual control of the environment and equipment, the training teaching is completed. Compared with other shortcomings, the virtual simulation teaching platform is easy to popularize, easy to maintain, can display fine devices in 360 degrees, can fully guarantee the safety of users when learning, and has the characteristics of immersion and conception of virtual reality, etc. It can greatly enhance the students' interest in learning and ultimately improve the teaching effect. According to the theory of constructivism and virtual simulation, Based on the general game engine platform Unity 3D and the mainstream modeling software 3DS Max, the feasibility of using virtual simulation system in teaching is studied in the background of virtual electronic technology company. Using 3Ds Max to build 3D model with similar position and similar position, and focusing on the analysis of Unity 3D modeling specification. Secondly, to provide solutions to the technical problems in the application of Unity 3D, such as collision detection, rendering and so on. Finally, the paper discusses how to solve the problems in the application of Unity 3D, such as collision detection, rendering and so on. The models and key technologies are assembled to form a complete, full-featured virtual electronic technology company. This paper takes the wave soldering equipment and user image in the virtual electronic workshop as an example. The development process and virtual operation method are described in detail, including the control method of wave peak welding equipment and the number of modeling surfaces in the modeling process, the use of collision detection when people roam in the workshop, As well as the comparison of different modes rendering in the factory building, elaborate the development process in detail through the form of an example. It is feasible and effective to develop virtual simulation teaching system with Unity 3D technology. Although the use of the platform is restricted by the network speed, it is widely used in 3D technology and the function of 3D engine is becoming more and more powerful. It is believed that a more perfect and effective virtual simulation teaching system can be realized and will play a greater role in practical teaching.
