计算机辅助硅胶假体建模、分析与制作方法

【摘要】:为研究计算机辅助硅胶假体制作方法,以双组分硅橡胶为研究对象,参照人体用硅胶假体几何特征并根据普通小鼠乳房特性,综合考虑温度和材料属性参数,进行计算机辅助3维建模和模具、假体温度场数值模拟,分析假体表面实际受热温度与模具加热温度(以下简称模温)吻合情况;基于有限元分析方法,模拟假体模型受载状况,从柔软度和疲劳寿命2个方面探讨假体模型在修复胸壁软组织缺损中应用的可行性;基于打印材料和制作工艺,分析假体制备试验可行性,然后采用3D打印技术设计制备模具;综合考虑粘膜效应影响和交联反应效率,模温分别取5、25、60℃,进行硅胶假体制备实验。通过不同的硅胶与固化剂配比和模温处理,比较不同配比和模温对制备假体柔软度、黏度和脱模耗时的影响;基于最小二乘曲线拟合原理,数据优化分析,检验回归方程显著性,确定配比与模温。实验结果表明,一定范围内,配比对假体影响显著,模温对其影响甚微。当硅胶与固化剂配比为10∶0.43,模温为55℃时,所得假体具有良好柔韧性等特点。
[Abstract]:In order to study the method of making computer aided silica gel prosthesis, two-component silicone rubber was used as the research object, referring to the geometric characteristics of silicone gel prosthesis used in human body and according to the characteristics of common mouse breast, the temperature and material attribute parameters were considered synthetically. Computer aided 3D modeling and mold modeling, numerical simulation of the temperature field of the prosthesis are carried out to analyze the coincidence between the actual heating temperature of the surface of the prosthesis and the mold heating temperature (hereinafter referred to as the mold temperature), based on the finite element analysis method, The feasibility of applying prosthesis model in repairing soft tissue defect of chest wall was discussed from the aspects of softness and fatigue life, and the feasibility of prosthesis preparation test was analyzed based on printing materials and manufacturing process.
