汽车零部件行业EDI系统研究与实现

【摘要】:EDI,全称Electronic Data Interchange,译名:电子数据交换。它是由国际标准化组织(ISO)推出使用的国际标准,它是指一种为商业或行政事务处理,按照一个公认的标准,形成结构化的事务处理或消息报文格式,从计算机到计算机的电子传输方法。例如,汽车零部件行业中的长期预测、要货计划、发货通知等数据的交换。汽车主机厂要求配套厂提供供应商管理仓库(VMI),能够根据需要按时、按量、按质地生产和供货。这就需要汽车零部件企业能够及时响应主机厂的需求变化而调整自己的生产计划,同时精确地分析库存、产能、供货等诸多环节,科学地安排出厂物流管理、原料供应、车间生产管理一系列的整体计划,并且适应计划的频繁变化,从而有效合理地利用资源、改善计划、压缩库存。EDI系统作为主厂机、汽车零部件厂商、下游原材供应商数据交换的纽带与桥梁,是实现按订单生产(OTD)模式的信息系统数据基础与标准交换架构,很好地解决了制造信息与定单信息的协同。EDI系统在全球汽车零部件行业得到了普遍应用。本论文以实际的汽车零部件行业EDI信息系统的建设为背景,采用大量的实例和截图,对EDI系统的技术进行了深入的分析和研究,介绍了EDI相关的理论知识,对EDI系统的体系结构、传输方式、映射转换、与SAP(全球知名ERP系统软件品牌)-ERP((Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划系统)系统接口技术进行了探讨,然后着重研究了EDI系统的传输协议、数据映射(MAPPING)、订单处理流程。标准电子数据交换可用于两个以实施信息系统的企业之间。针对本项目的某集团公司,公司组织范围方面,旗下有15家国内参股子公司,国内外有四家控股子公司;物流方面,既有公路运输,也有海运;仓库方面,有80余家国内仓库分布在全国各地,主机厂附近,还有20余家国外异地仓库,分布在国外主机厂附近;物流、信息流均存在多种方式,多种流向,物流既有成员厂直接发往异地仓库,也有成员厂发往集团总部,再统一装箱发往海外。如此大量的数据和复杂的组织架构和业务模式,在国内外汽车零部件行业,尚不多见,对EDI系统的实施,存在较大的挑战和困难。本项目研究通过IBM STERLING开发平台,实现了国外典型主机厂相关EDI的传输设置、定单MAPPING,通过JAVA程序开发,实现了定单业务流程处理与门户展示;通过JCO与RFC接口技术实现了与SAP系统的无缝集成,之后对EDI系统的安全架构进行了理论研究。通过这些研究与实践,为国内汽车零部件企业实施EDI系统提供了比较先进的,切实可行的EDI系统实现方案。对提高企业的管理水平,优化业务流程,实现精益生产与物流管理,适应未来企业发展和市场竞争具有很高的参考价值。其中一些经验与技术适应于国内一些正在实施EDI的汽车零部件企业。
[Abstract]:EDI, Electronic Data Interchange, is an international standard introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Scientifically arrange a series of overall plans for factory logistics management, raw material supply, workshop production management, and adapt to frequent changes in the plan, so as to effectively and reasonably utilize resources, improve the plan, and compress the inventory. EDI system as the main plant machine. The link and bridge of data exchange between automobile parts manufacturer and downstream raw material supplier is the data base and standard exchange framework of information system based on OTD mode. The collaborative. EDI system of manufacturing information and order information has been widely used in the global auto parts industry. In this paper, a large number of examples and screenshots are used in the background of the construction of EDI information system in the actual automobile parts industry. In this paper, the technology of EDI system is analyzed and studied in depth, and the theory knowledge of EDI is introduced. The architecture, transmission mode, mapping transformation of EDI system are introduced. This paper discusses the interface technology of SAP (world-famous ERP system software brand, Enterprise Resource Planning), and then focuses on the transmission protocol of EDI system. Data Mapping MAPPING.Standard Electronic data Interchange (EDI) can be used between two enterprises to implement the information system. There are four holding subsidiaries at home and abroad; logistics, both road transportation and sea transportation; and warehouses, more than 80 domestic warehouses are located throughout the country, near mainframe factories, and more than 20 foreign warehouses, Distributed in the vicinity of foreign mainframe factories; there are many ways and many directions of logistics and information flow. The logistics is not only sent directly by member factories to warehouses in other places, but also by member factories to the headquarters of the Group. Such a large amount of data and complex organizational structures and business models are still rare in the automotive parts industry at home and abroad, and the implementation of EDI systems is still rare. There are great challenges and difficulties. Through the IBM STERLING development platform, this project has realized the transmission setup of the typical host factory related EDI, the order MAPPING. through the JAVA program development, has realized the order order business process processing and the portal display; The seamless integration with SAP system is realized through the interface technology of JCO and RFC, and then the security architecture of EDI system is studied theoretically. Through these research and practice, it provides more advanced EDI system for domestic auto parts enterprises. A feasible EDI system implementation scheme. To improve the management level of enterprises, optimize business processes, achieve lean production and logistics management, It is of great reference value to adapt to the future enterprise development and market competition. Some of the experience and technology are suitable for some domestic auto parts enterprises which are implementing EDI.
