【摘要】:能源管理系统采用分层分布式系统体系结构,对建设的电力、燃气、水等各分类能耗进行数据采集、处理,并分析建设能耗状况,实现建设节能应用等。通过能源计划,能源监控,能源统计,能源消费分析,重点能耗设备管理,能源计量设备管理、设备效能监控等多种手段,使企业管理者对企业的能源成本比重,发展趋势有准确的掌握,并将企业的能源消费计划任务分解到各个生产部门车间,使节能工作责任明确,促进企业健康稳定发展。作为中车重要生产单位,采用本系统不仅对能源的统一调度、优化煤气平衡、减少煤气排放、提高环保质量、降低能耗和提高劳动生产率有重要作用,而且对于事故预案的制定和执行、事故原因的快速分析和及时判断处理、能源供需的合理调整和平衡以及在客观信息基础上的能源实绩分析、能源计划编制、能源质量管理、能源系统的预测等都是十分有效的。
[Abstract]:The energy management system adopts a hierarchical and distributed system structure to collect, process and analyze the energy consumption status of the construction, such as power, gas, water and so on. Energy monitoring, energy statistics, energy consumption analysis, key energy consumption equipment management, energy metering equipment management, equipment efficiency monitoring, and other means enable enterprise managers to have an accurate grasp of the proportion and development trend of energy costs of enterprises. The task of energy consumption plan of the enterprise is decomposed to the workshop of each production department to make the responsibility of energy saving work clear and promote the healthy and stable development of the enterprise. As an important production unit of the car, the system is adopted not only to unify the energy scheduling, Optimization of gas balance, reduction of gas emissions, improvement of environmental protection quality, reduction of energy consumption and improvement of labor productivity play an important role. The reasonable adjustment and balance of energy supply and demand and the analysis of energy performance based on objective information, energy planning, energy quality management and energy system prediction are very effective.
