大连市委党校教务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来,随着科学技术的不断发展和进步,计算机开始在各行各业全面普及,加之互联网技术的不断发展创新,全行业的信息化已无处不在。教育领域作为传播新生事物的排头兵,肩负着国家文化教育的重担,具有先导性、基础性和全局性的属性,因此教育信息化是衡量整体教育发展水平的重要标志。教育信息化的不断推进,使网络与教育强强结合,彻底改变了传统的教育思想观念、内容方法及人才培养的方式;使教与学打破了传统的空间和时间的约束、使教与学的内容不再局限、使教与学不再是一个实时的动作;使教育管理更加便捷,管理者可以宏观直接地掌握教育信息,并通过有效分析,制定更合理的规划;使教学模式更加多样化、智能化,使教育管理更加合理化。在此背景下,教务管理系统应运而生。西方发达国家早在20世纪八九十年代就开始研究教务管理系统的应用,目前这类系统已经相当完善,国内教务管理系统的开发是近十几年开始的,目前也已经广泛应用,但其功能还在逐步完善和改进中。大连市委党校教务管理工作是整个党校干部教育培训工作的核心,涉及不同人员,包括教务管理人员、教师、学员等。党校系统的教育不同于广义范畴的校园教育,首先它的学员对象群体比较特殊,是各级党员领导干部,学习时长不固定,学员流动性强,其次它的教学方式也多样化,有传统的教室授课、有交流讨论、有户外拓展、实地考察等,再次,干部教育培训的工作量和信息量在不断增加,传统的协作管理模式已经不能满足现代干部教育培训日益增长的新需求,急需用信息化手段对教务管理工作进行科学有效的整合和管理。本系统的开发,有利于将这些信息加以有效的整合与梳理,使涉及多个部门的工作流程更加规范化,各类信息能够及时全面地传达给有关人员。有利于加速推进干部教育信息化,进一步提高干部培训的水平和效率。本文利用Microsoft.net Framework2.0框架和Microsoft SQL Server2008等信息技术手段,建立大连市委党校教务管理系统。该系统从党校实际的干部培训工作出发,通过统一的平台,集学员需求调研、测评系统、教学管理、教学评估、工作量、集体备课、教学信息、教学研究、基础数据、继续教育等功能于一体,同时满足学员、教师、教务管理人员的不同层面的需求,例如对教学模式和内容、各类与教学相关的信息等。学员可以通过该系统查看教学信息、提交需求、对教师的教学及课程进行评估;教师可以通过该系统对学员综合能力测评、发布教学计划;教务管理人员可以安排班次课程、管理发布相关教学信息等。这个系统的开发使用将使各部门之间实现有效合理的沟通,规范教学流程,使教师和教务管理人员对学员综合诉求和能力有整体了解,使学员能够及时了解相关教学信息。本论文主要研究工作如下:1.论述大连市委党校教务管理系统的开发背景及意义,并分析国内外教务管理系统的发展现状及趋势。2.对大连市委党校教务管理系统的开发资源配置进行简单论述。3.具体对大连市委党校教务管理系统进行分析与设计,包括系统概述、系统实现的目标、体系结构、功能设计、数据库设计等。4.论述大连市委党校教务管理系统各功能模块的功能实现。5.论述系统测试时需要考虑的问题。6.对系统的设计与实现方案进行总结,总结系统的优势经验,分析系统建设当中可能会遇到的困难与问题,并展望系统未来发展趋势。
