基于ERP的粮油企业物流信息平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:九三粮油工业集团有限公司作为国内知名的粮油企业,最近几年在企业信息化发展方面有了长足的发展,各种信息化系统接连上线,特别是ERP、采购系统、物流系统的上线,带动了集团业务的快速发展。九三集团每年的物流发运量巨大,如何提高成本物流业务的处理效率、降低物流、提升客户服务质量,以信息化手段建设物流大数据中心,并为生产、营销等业务部门提供数据支持,成为急迫解决的问题。物流信息管理系统就是在这样一个背景下开发的。本文以九三集团物流业务为背景,定制开发了一个能够满足集团内部大豆回运业务、销售发运业务和竞价为主的一个物流信息管理系统。由于集团的物流发运业务种类繁多,首先对集团的物流业务进行了需求梳理,构建了系统的总体框架及元模型设计,并对ERP系统与物流系统的数据数据接口Web Service技术进行了研究。最后基于以上的研究内容,结合九三粮油工业集团物流业务的需要进行设计并实现了该系统,目前此系统正在九三集团运行,目前系统运行良好。1.整理了九三集团的物流业务的需求,包括竞价、大豆回运业务、销售发运业务,并对流程进行了重构。2.构建了基于ERP的粮油企业物流信息系统框架就体系。物流信息系统的角色分为集团工作人员、分厂物流管理部、承运商和客户。框架结构共分为基础资料、竞价管理、销售发运、回运发运和统计报表。系统的基础资料包括承运商、经销商、产品信息来源子ERP系统,数据接口采用Web Service。该框架首先扩展性好,分层设计使业务之间的耦合度降低,从而使每一层都能独立运行,避免了由于前面业务不顺畅而导致后面的无法进行。建立了基于主观和客观的车辆评价指标,通过价格、准时性、运输质量、服务态度来进行评价。3.设计了物流信息系统模型,根据以上概念模型的分析,对此物流系统平台元模型进行了设计。包括基础资料模型、竞价管理模型、销售发运管理模型、大豆回运模型。4.详细研究了销售系统实现所需要的一些技术,包括Web Service、权限管理并将这些技术作为主要的技术手段加以研究。
[Abstract]:As a well-known grain and oil enterprise in China, 93 Grain and Oil Industry Group Co., Ltd. has made considerable progress in the development of enterprise informatization in recent years. Various information systems have been put on line one after another, especially those of ERP, procurement system, and logistics system. This has led to the rapid development of the Group's business. The 93 Group has a huge amount of logistics delivery every year. How to improve the efficiency of handling cost logistics business, reduce logistics, improve the quality of customer service, and build the Logistics big data Center by means of information technology, And to provide data support for production, marketing and other business departments has become an urgent problem to solve. Logistics information management system is developed under such a background. A logistics information management system has been developed to meet the needs of the group's internal soybean return service, sales and dispatch business and bidding price. Firstly, the demand of the logistics business of the group is combed, the overall framework and meta-model design of the system are constructed, and the Web Service technology of data interface between ERP system and logistics system is studied. The system is designed and implemented according to the needs of logistics business of the ninety-three grain and oil industry group. At present, the system is running in the 93 group. At present, the system is running well. 1. The logistics business needs of the ninety-three group are sorted out, including bidding. The system of logistics information system of grain and oil enterprise based on ERP is constructed. The role of logistics information system is divided into group staff, logistics management department of branch factory, Carriers and customers. The frame structure is divided into basic information, bid management, sales shipping, return shipping and statistical reports. The basic information of the system includes carrier, dealer, product information source sub-#en0# system, The data interface adopts Web Services. The framework has good scalability, and hierarchical design reduces the degree of coupling between services, so that each layer can run independently. Because the business in front is not smooth, it can not be carried out in the rear. Based on subjective and objective vehicle evaluation index, the model of logistics information system is designed through price, punctuality, transportation quality and service attitude. According to the analysis of the above concept model, the platform meta-model of the logistics system is designed, including the basic data model, the bidding management model, the sales shipping management model, The Soybean return Transportation Model. 4. Some technologies needed to realize the sales system are studied in detail, including Web Service, privilege management, and these technologies are studied as the main technical means.
