华旗公司的配送中心管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,随着计算机以及计算机应用的发展与普及,企业信息化办公等新技术的使用越来越普遍,这些新技术手段的应用可以很好的帮助企业降低运营成本,提升工作效率,降低相关工作人员的工作强度。然而,华旗公司配送中心管理方面由于缺乏相应的应用软件系统而无法有效地利用信息技术来替代之前靠手工完成的配送管理工作,影响华旗公司配送管理工作的进度,时有疏漏,还很难查漏补缺。为促使华旗公司配送中心运营效率,保证华旗公司店铺商品货源供给、降低商品运输成本,提高企业竞争力,决定设计与实现华旗公司配送中心管理系统。文章研究了华旗公司的配送中心管理系统,本文主要采用计算机技术和计算机应用来解决华旗公司的配送中心管理工作中存在的问题,采用计算机应用技术和软件工程思想来构建华旗公司的配送中心管理工作相关的IT技术解决方案,期望通过构建包含订单管理、运输管理、调度管理、仓储管理以及系统管理模块在内的华旗公司配送中心管理系统将之前采用手工方式处理的配送中心管理工作利用计算机技术来实现,加强华旗公司配送中心运营效率,使得华旗公司配送中心管理工作更加规范、有序。本文详细分析了华旗公司的配送中心管理系统订单管理模块,运输管理模块,调度管理模块,仓储管理模块以及系统管理模块等功能模块的设计及实现,并对华旗公司的配送中心管理系统的功能和性能进行了测试,测试的结果表明,设计开发的软件性能比较稳定,基本满足了需求提到的要求,而且设计开发的系统管理软件也达到了华旗公司配送中心管理工作的水平,对华旗公司配送中心管理工作具有一定的实用性价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of computer and the development of computer application and popularization of the new technology enterprise information office is used more and more widely, the application of these new techniques can reduce operating costs of good help enterprises, improve work efficiency, reduce the work intensity of relevant staff. However, Huaqi Company Distribution Center management because of the lack of application the corresponding software system to effectively use information technology to replace the previously done by hand delivery management, distribution management effect of Huaqi progress, when there are omissions, it is difficult to address gaps. In order to promote the Huaqi company distribution center operating efficiency, ensure the supply of goods shop Huaqi supply, reduce the transportation costs of goods, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, determine the design and implementation of management system of distribution center Huaqi company. The paper studies the Huaqi distribution center tube Management system, this paper uses computer technology and computer application to solve the problems of distribution center management Huaqi problems in the construction of IT technology to management of the distribution center related Huaqi solutions using computer technology and software engineering idea, hope through the construction include order management, transportation management, scheduling management, distribution center management system for warehouse management and system management module, the company will use the manual way before Huaqi distribution center management processing using computer technology to realize and strengthen the Huaqi company distribution center operating efficiency, the distribution center management of Huaqi more standardized and orderly. This paper gives a detailed analysis of the order management module system management distribution center Huaqi company transportation, scheduling management module, management module, storage management module and system management Design and implementation of the modules, and the function and performance of the distribution center management system of Huaqi were tested. The test results show that the performance of software design and development of the relatively stable, basically meet the demand mentioned requirements, and the design and development of the system management software has reached the distribution center management of Huaqi company the level has some practical value for the distribution center management of Huaqi company.
