【摘要】:执业资格考试是以国家行政机关或者通过国家法律法规授权的单位或组织为主体组织的一种考试形式,作为非学位考试的重要组成部分,近年来逐渐将考试形式改变成网上评卷的模式,国内有多家公司承接此类考试的答题卡扫描工作。随着考生人数的逐年递增,社会关注度正日益扩大。执业资格考试多由各省组织考试,考试种类多,考试结束后考生答题卡装箱,陆续发往数据处理中心集中扫描。由于运输过程试卷箱无顺序、数量大,并且随着数据处理中心承担的数据处理项目增多带来的单个项目实施周期压缩等实际问题日显突出,急需从答题卡扫描工作流和扫描程序中解决如下问题:1、将大量答题卡在不进行整理的情况下以箱为单位扫描形成电子图像,且后期核查时能快速准确找到每一张原卡。2、考生阅卷保密号的生成算法设计。3、成册答题卡裁切后如何保证成份答题卡的一致性。4、多张答题卡乱序扫描处理等。本文的主要工作是针对执业资格类考试的特点以及在执业资格类考试项目实施过程中经常遇到的问题,设计适合执业资格类考试的多张答题卡扫描系统并实现。系统重点工作包括:1、解决答题卡扫描系统利用Socket技术、USB通讯技术与鸥玛软件TS系列不同型号高速智能扫描仪的通讯。2、扫描子系统设计与实现。其中答题卡扫描子系统重点设计了扫描序号和扫描表、答题卡乱序处理算法和记录模糊停机座号算法;增加了箱号录入、考场号确认等环节。答题卡扫描系统采用OCR和7段码识别技术保证答题卡的一致性;使用图像纠偏技术和去噪声处理减少答题卡扫描仪停机次数。答题卡扫描子系统是执业资格答题卡扫描系统的重点模块,在本文中我详细设计了扫描设备参数下载及设置模块、扫描操作及扫描信息采集模块、扫描数据处理模块以及数据库操作模块。经过对答题卡扫描系统测试与总结,已将系统应用于2016年的多个资格类考试答题卡扫描项目中,为数据处理服务人员提供便捷的扫描操作,为缩短答题卡扫描实施周期、提高扫描工作效率起到了积极的效果。
[Abstract]:As an important part of non-degree examination, the examination for practicing qualification is organized mainly by the administrative organs of the state or the units or organizations authorized by the laws and regulations of the state. In recent years, the examination form has been gradually changed into the online marking mode. There are many companies in China to undertake the examination card scanning work. As the number of examinees increases year by year, The degree of social concern is increasing day by day. The examination for practicing qualification is organized by various provinces, and there are many kinds of examinations. After the examination, candidates' answer cards are packed and sent to the data processing center for centralized scanning one after another. Due to the lack of order of test papers in the course of transportation, the number of examination papers is large. And with the increasing number of data processing projects undertaken by the data processing center, such practical problems as the compression of the implementation cycle of a single project become increasingly prominent. There is an urgent need to solve the following problem: 1: 1 from the workflow and scanning procedures of the answer card scanning. A large number of answer cards are scanned in units of boxes to form electronic images without sorting out the answer cards. And later check can quickly and accurately find each Zhang Yuan card. 2, examinee marking secret number generation algorithm design. 3, how to ensure the composition of the answer card after cutting the consistency. 4, multiple answer card random sequence scanning processing, etc. The main work of this paper is to aim at the characteristics of the qualification examination and the problems often encountered in the implementation of the qualification examination project. Design and implementation of multiple answer card scanning system suitable for qualification examination. The key work of the system includes: 1, solving the problem card scanning system using Socket technology, USB communication technology and gouma software TS series of different types of high-speed intelligent scan. The design and implementation of the scanning subsystem, in which the scan sequence number and the scanning table are designed. The algorithm of disorderly processing of answer card and the algorithm of recording fuzzy stop seat number are added in this paper. The system adopts OCR and 7 section code recognition technology to ensure the consistency of the answer card. Using image correction technology and de-noise processing to reduce the number of stop times of the answer card scanner. The card scanning subsystem is the key module of the qualification card scanning system. In this paper, I have designed the module of downloading and setting the parameters of the scanning equipment in detail. Scanning operation and scanning information collection module, scanning data processing module and database operation module. After testing and summarizing the answer card scanning system, the system has been applied to many qualification examination card scanning items in 2016. It provides convenient scanning operation for data processing service personnel, shortens the cycle of card scanning and improves the efficiency of scanning.
