【摘要】：当今时代,计算机技术和网络技术有了极大的发展,企业管理方式也在时刻发生着变化,企业管理应将计算机技术应用到相关领域。鄂尔多斯金牛公司财务管理系统是对公司的财务状况进行实时监督并且做出合理规划的非常高效的管理系统,确保公司财务管理的规范化使得公司财务能够有效良好的运转,而财务管理系统为领导层提供公司有效、及时、准确且全面的财务信息使得领导层能够及时做出合理的决策并且更为方便的管理公司。通过对鄂尔多斯金牛公司财务管理软件的调查,对该系统的功能方面做出详细的需求分析,给出系统用例图,并在此基础上使用UML技术对系统进行详细的需求分析。本文主要完成的工作:首先,调查研究国内外企业财务管理软件的现状,对鄂尔多斯金牛公司财务管理系统开发设计的背景进行介绍。其次,结合实际通过对财务管理系统的研究对用户进行分类。其后,为系统的整体实现进行系统总体设计、系统功能详细设计、系统实现环境设计、数据库设计并且进行系统开发代码实现,对主要模块的实现进行简要介绍。最后,进行系统测试,测试结果表明系统界面友好、可靠性强、稳定性良好,基本达到了鄂尔多斯金牛公司软件设计要求。该系统的开发基于Java EE技术,采用MVC架构,使用My SQL数据库。鄂尔多斯金牛公司财务管理系统主要包含七个模块:个人事务管理模块,个人设置管理模块,凭证管理模块,账簿管理模块,财务报表模块,基础设置模块和发票管理模块。本系统具有较好的理论意义和使用价值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the great development of computer technology and network technology, the mode of enterprise management is also changing. Enterprise management should apply computer technology to relevant fields.The financial management system of Ordos Taurus Company is a very efficient management system which can supervise and plan the financial situation of the company in real time. It ensures that the standardization of the financial management of the company enables the company to run the company's financial affairs effectively and well.The financial management system provides effective, timely, accurate and comprehensive financial information for the leadership to make reasonable decisions in time and more convenient to manage the company.Through the investigation of the financial management software of Ordos Taurus Company, this paper makes a detailed demand analysis on the function of the system, and gives the system use case diagram, and on this basis, uses UML technology to carry on the detailed demand analysis to the system.The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the present situation of enterprise financial management software at home and abroad is investigated, and the background of the development and design of financial management system of Ordos Taurus Company is introduced.Secondly, combined with the actual financial management system through the study of the classification of users.Then, the system overall design, the system function detailed design, the system realization environment design, the database design and the system development code realization are carried out for the whole system realization, the main module realization is introduced briefly.Finally, the test results show that the system has friendly interface, strong reliability and good stability, which basically meets the software design requirements of Ordos Jinniu Company.The development of the system is based on Java EE technology, using MVC architecture and my SQL database.The financial management system of Ordos Taurus Company mainly includes seven modules: personal affairs management module, personal setup management module, voucher management module, account management module, financial report module, basic setup module and invoice management module.The system has good theoretical significance and use value.
