电子证照元数据目录服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：与传统的纸质证照文件相比,电子证照有很多优点。电子证照信息以某种格式在计算机中存储,依据某些条件,可实现电子证照的查询、检索,以及证照之间的关系分析等,有利于各级政府深度推行网络化以及无纸化办公,避免出现“办证难”和“假证伪证”等问题。伴随社会的进步,源源不断的证照信息出现,这使得更全面的证照共享与查询成为了新的研究热点。目录体系利用目录技术、元数据技术和其它网络技术,在网上构造出一种一致的政务资源,当下,已成为政务信息资源共享的重要手段。本课题基于泉州市电子证照共享平台暨审批无纸化二期项目进行研究。首先,对各国元数据技术和目录服务技术的研究、发展和应用的现状进行分析总结;其次,对国内元数据在此方面的应用、发展现状,和国外元数据在此方面的标准进行了分析,并且设计了电子证照元目录结构、数据信息结构;再次,研究了目录服务技术中的目录检索算法,建立了电子证照信息资源元数据标准,并提出了刻面描述的电子证照信息资源的检索算法;最后,电子证照信息资源元数据目录服务系统设计实现,共同描述和管理电子证照信息资源,使得信息在部门之间的共享和交换得以实现。本文的研究成果为开展后续信息资源统一管理、多级多部门间信息资源汇集与整合的平台开发奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional paper document, electronic license has many advantages.Electronic license information is stored in a computer in a certain format. According to certain conditions, electronic license information can be queried, retrieved, and the relationship between certificates can be analyzed. It is advantageous for governments at all levels to carry out networking and paperless office work.To avoid the emergence of "difficult to handle evidence" and "false perjury" and other problems.With the progress of the society, the continuous emergence of license information, which makes more comprehensive certificate sharing and query has become a new research hotspot.Catalog system uses directory technology, metadata technology and other network technology to construct a kind of consistent government affairs resources on the net. At present, it has become an important means to share the information resources of government affairs.This subject is based on Quanzhou electronic license sharing platform and approval of paperless phase II project for research.First of all, the research, development and application of metadata technology and directory service technology in various countries are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, the status quo of domestic metadata application in this area is analyzed and summarized.And the foreign metadata standards in this area are analyzed, and the electronic certification metadata directory structure, data information structure is designed. Thirdly, the directory retrieval algorithm in directory service technology is studied.The metadata standard of electronic license information resource is established, and the retrieval algorithm of electronic certificate information resource is proposed. Finally, the electronic certificate information resource metadata directory service system is designed and implemented.Common description and management of electronic license information resources, so that information sharing and exchange between departments can be realized.The research results of this paper have laid a solid foundation for the development of the platform of unified management of information resources and multi-level and multi-departmental information resources collection and integration.
