SAP与P6系统的接口技术研究

【摘要】:SAP(System,Application and Production in Data Processing)和P6(Oracle Primavera P6)作为当今行业中领先的系统,在各自的领域中发挥不可或缺的作用。SAP通过结合计算机信息技术与管理领域的业务流程,把先进的企业管理思想理念与软件系统有效的融合在一起,提高了企业的业务能力与管理水平,使得在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势。而P6系统提供功能强大,简单易用的企业级项目管理解决方案,其中包括全局项目的优先级划分,计划编辑跟踪和项目的执行控制,从而加强企业对项目的管理,优化进度,整合资源,加速企业自身的发展。随着中海油总公司提出降本增效的号召,公司迅速在企业范围内推广精细化管理的理念。为了响应公司的号召,作者通过总结整理多年工作的经验,率先提出打通SAP与P6系统之间的屏障,通过建立接口平台来搭建SAP系统与P6系统之间沟通的桥梁,提高信息的整合能力,从而进一步帮助工厂实现厂区和设备维修项目的精细化与标准化的管理。本论文以真实的企业信息系统接口平台的建设项目为切入点,通过查阅文献和采用真实的案例和图表,对SAP和P6系统进行研究和分析,阐述它们的理论知识,然后着重介绍了SAP中的RFC,BAPI,ALE/IDoc接口技术,同时也介绍了P6中的JCo和Web Services;再通过收集企业维修部门的实际业务流程和需求,结合当前行业内的成熟解决方案,从功能和商务等方面有针对性的进行对比分析,最终甄选出微软的BizTalk Server来搭建接口平台;在确定了方案之后,针对采用SAP的ALE/IDoc和RFC技术与P6的Web Service技术如何在BizTalk平台实现数据交互的设计进行详尽的介绍;最后通过大量实际的截图来阐述如何部署SAP、P6和BizTalk的接口应用到实际的业务环境中。本论文着重介绍SAP、P6和BizTalk的特点和设计思路,探讨异构系统的整合,为企业中扫清信息孤岛现象提供有效的参考。
[Abstract]:SAP (system Application and Production in Data Processing) and P6 (Oracle Primavera P6), as the leading system in today's industry, plays an indispensable role in their respective fields. Combining the advanced enterprise management idea with the software system effectively improves the business ability and management level of the enterprise and makes it gain advantages in the fierce market competition. The P6 system provides a powerful, easy-to-use, enterprise-level project management solution, which includes the prioritization of global projects, planning editor tracking and project execution control, so as to strengthen enterprise project management and optimize progress. Integrate resources and accelerate the development of enterprises themselves. With CNOOC's call to reduce cost and increase efficiency, the company quickly popularized the concept of fine management in the enterprise scope. In order to respond to the call of the company, the author, by summing up the experience of many years' work, put forward the idea of opening the barrier between SAP and P6 system, and building a bridge between SAP system and P6 system by establishing an interface platform. Improve the ability to integrate information to further help the factory to achieve the plant and equipment maintenance project refinement and standardization management. This paper takes the real enterprise information system interface platform construction project as the breakthrough point, through consulting the literature and adopting the real case and chart, carries on the research and the analysis to the SAP and the P6 system, expounds their theory knowledge. Then, the paper introduces the JCo / IDoc interface technology in SAP, JCo and Web Services in P6, and combines with the mature solutions in the current industry by collecting the actual business process and requirements of the enterprise maintenance department. Finally, Microsoft BizTalk Server is selected to build the interface platform from the aspects of function and commerce. This paper introduces in detail the design of how to realize data interaction between ALE/IDoc and RFC technology of SAP and Web Service technology of P6 on BizTalk platform, and finally explains how to deploy the interface of SAP P6 and BizTalk to the actual business environment through a large number of actual screenshots. This paper focuses on the characteristics and design ideas of SAP P6 and BizTalk, discusses the integration of heterogeneous systems, and provides an effective reference for clearing up the phenomenon of isolated information islands in enterprises.
