某物业收费管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：本文设计的物业收费系统是为某置业公司服务的,具有对物业公司业务中各种类型费用的计费、收费、统计、汇总、管理等功能。与现有的系统相比,具有扩展性高、支持费用类型更广、计费精确、使用方便等特点,在技术方面和业务方面都具有很高的先进性。系统采用ASP.NET技术及MVC三层架构,提高系统结构的层次性,减少了系统的代码量;采用LINQ技术实现数据的持久化,简化数据库操作;使用Ajax调用Web服务,加快了客户端响应速度;使用Web Service实现统一身份认证功能,增加了系统可重用性;使用jQuery完成客户端数据验证,提高了用户体验。该物业收费系统可实现收费管理、信息管理、预算管理、合同管理等业务功能,为新型通用收费系统的建立做出了行之有效的尝试。
[Abstract]:The property charge system designed in this paper is designed for a real estate company. It has the functions of charging, collecting, managing and so on. Compared with the existing system, it has the characteristics of high expansibility, wide support cost types, accurate billing, convenient use, and so on. It is advanced in technology and business. The system adopts ASP.NET technology and MVC three-tier architecture to improve the hierarchy of the system structure and reduce the code amount of the system; using LINQ technology to realize data persistence and simplify database operation; using Ajax to call Web services to speed up the client response speed; The unified identity authentication function is realized by using Web Service, and the reusability of the system is increased, and the user experience is improved by using jQuery to complete the client data verification. The system can realize the business functions such as charge management, information management, budget management, contract management and so on. It has made an effective attempt for the establishment of a new general charging system.
