基于SharePoint的幼儿园家园通系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：SharePoint以独特的内容框架以及优秀的文件资源共享模式使其在教育领域的发展成为可能,目前SharePoint在各大企业的广泛应用为它在教育领域的拓展奠定了坚实的基础。学前幼儿教育越来越受到家长和园区的关注,幼儿教育教学质量的有效提高成为了各个地区教育部门的重点研究对象,在网络教育平台高速发展的现在,将幼儿教育与网络教育平台相结合的教学模式,被广大研究学者重点关注,在家园协同教育的各种方法与模式中,基于网络平台的幼儿园家园通网络平台受到了园区和家长的普遍欢迎。通过对国内目前幼儿园家园通网络平台发展和使用情况的分析,对用户即园区和家长进行充分、详细、科学的需求调研分析。文章结合实际,提出了一种基于SharePoint的家园通系统的搭建方案,该方案采用三层服务器架构,AD域控服务器管理平台账户信息,SharePoint应用程序服务器负责提供SharePoint基础应用程序,DB服务器用来存储自定义应用程序页所需要的数据表。本系统通过跨域的数据抽取,将前台用户浏览与后台管理员管理分隔开,来完成用户的特殊需求或者通过自定义应用程序页更加便捷的完成对数据和用户的操作。该平台为幼儿家长量身打造信息服务终端,集园所动态、教学内容、班级活动、在线互动、幼儿成长档案、办公自动化为一体的多元化交流平台。利用现代教育资源、现代信息技术实现园所与家长,家长与家长之间实时、快捷、有效的沟通,促进孩子在零距离沟通环境下的健康快乐成长。
[Abstract]:The development of SharePoint in the field of education is possible with its unique content framework and excellent file resource sharing mode. At present, the extensive application of SharePoint in various large enterprises has laid a solid foundation for its expansion in the field of education. Preschool education has been paid more and more attention by parents and parks. The effective improvement of the quality of preschool education has become the key research object of education departments in various regions. Now, with the rapid development of network education platform, The teaching model which combines early childhood education with network education platform has been paid more attention to by many researchers. In the various methods and models of home collaborative education, The network platform of kindergarten home communication based on network platform is generally welcomed by the park and parents. Through the analysis of the development and use of the domestic kindergarten home communication network platform, this paper makes a full, detailed and scientific investigation and analysis on the needs of the users, that is, the park and the parents. Combined with the practice, this paper puts forward a construction scheme of home communication system based on SharePoint. The scheme adopts three-tier server architecture, AD domain control server manages account information of platform, and SharePoint application server is responsible for providing SharePoint basic application program. The DB server is used to store the tables required for custom application pages. The system separates front user browsing and background administrator management through cross-domain data extraction to complete the special needs of users or to complete the operation of data and users more conveniently through custom application pages. The platform is designed for parents of children to create information service terminal, set the garden dynamic, teaching content, class activities, online interaction, child growth files, office automation as one of the multiple communication platform. Using modern educational resources and modern information technology to realize real time, fast and effective communication between garden and parents, parents and parents, and to promote the healthy and happy growth of children in the environment of zero distance communication.
