基于参数化设计的山地度假酒店景观分析研究

【摘要】:景观资源始终是山地度假建筑设计中重要的制约因素。从“显山露水”的角度来说,建筑应当尽可能减小体量,融于周边环境之中,但从经济性方面考虑,建筑又应该满足一定的建筑密度和容积率。由此,在使建筑获得最佳的景观视线的同时又满足其经济性需求始终是山地建筑设计中难以解决的矛盾。在传统的山地建筑设计过程中,对景观的考虑和分析通常停留在二维平面上,通过设计师的经验进行判断决策。这种传统的工作方式很难反应山地环境中各个因素之间的复杂性和矛盾性。这种由经验判断的工作方式极易造成景观资源的浪费。因此,,建筑师需要一种更加高效、理性和公正的景观视线分析方法。本文中介绍的参数化辅助设计工作方式能将山地建筑设计中存在的观景和景观因素数据化,统筹控制并以可视化的形式表现出来。使得设计师在设计前期对山地环境有更深刻的认识,并帮助其进行选择判断。其工作方式主要包括:对地形地貌的景观优劣分析,对建筑之间相互遮挡情况分析,对建筑朝向的自适应判断。该工作方式并没有抛开设计师完全依赖于数据进行工作,而是替代了传统依赖经验进行的分析过程。
[Abstract]:Landscape resources have always been an important restriction factor in the design of mountain vacation buildings. From the point of view of "visible mountain water", the building should reduce the volume as much as possible and melt into the surrounding environment. However, from the economic point of view, the building should satisfy certain building density and volume ratio. Therefore, it is always difficult to solve the contradiction in the design of mountain architecture while making the architecture obtain the best sight of the landscape while satisfying its economic requirements. In the traditional mountain architecture design process, the landscape consideration and analysis usually stay on the two-dimensional plane, through the designer's experience to carry on the judgment decision. This traditional way of working can hardly reflect the complexity and contradiction of various factors in the mountain environment. This kind of work way judged by experience can easily cause waste of landscape resources. Therefore, architects need a more efficient, rational and fair landscape line of sight analysis method. The parameterized aided design method introduced in this paper can digitize the view and landscape factors existing in the design of mountain buildings, control them as a whole and display them in a visual form. So that designers have a deeper understanding of the mountain environment in the early stage of design, and help them to choose and judge. The main working methods include the analysis of landscape advantages and disadvantages of landforms, the analysis of mutual occlusion between buildings, and the adaptive judgment of building orientation. Instead of leaving designers completely dependent on data for their work, this approach replaces the traditional process of empirical analysis.
