低碳生态视角下哈尔滨避暑城绿色交通体系对策研究

【摘要】:从上个世纪工业革新开始,过速发展的城市化进程和工业化发展都使城市社会在经济进步的基础上产生了大量的污染问题。这就使得城市交通在协助城市化进程的基础上也带来了一系列弊病。为了解决城市交通污染问题,“绿色交通”这一概念应运而生。而由于绿色交通发展指标主要涉及低碳、生态两大视角,也使这两大因素成为目前国内外评价绿色交通体系发展可持续性的衡量标准。 首先,本文研究了与绿色交通体系相关的概念和内涵,对于交通的可持续发展下这一理念及框架的研究,分析了城市交通体系中出现的污染问题及污染产生的来源,并针对分析结论做出一些可供参考的解决方案。对于目前世界上比较常见的低碳、生态两方面定量计算方法进行分析,并研究了各类测算方法适用的范围。利用理论基础的测算方式对绿色交通体系的碳排放、生态化进行测算和研究,得出适宜评价交通体系的指标体系,最终得出适宜绿色交通体系低碳生态化的发展模式及途径。 其次,以哈尔滨避暑城的绿色交通体系规划为例,对现状交通状况做出综合性评价,,针对上一版本哈尔滨避暑城的总体规划进行分析对比,分析避暑城用地条件、环境因子及绿色交通的影响因素,同时对其绿色交通体系前后规划的不同做出比对,从中寻求适宜的绿色交通规划模式。 随后,针对低碳生态定量方法的具体分析和测算,提出适合避暑城交通发展的绿色交通策略:首先提出绿色交通的发展目标以及策略,并针对低碳生态角度给出相应的基础设施及管理措施;生态角度利用GIS分析的环境因子数据得出适宜的分区域景观交通规划节点模式;同时,针对低碳手段,提出适宜避暑城的低碳生态的交通方式和交通管理体系。采用以上诸多策略最终达到城市交通系统发展的绿色化、低碳化和生态化,以期令避暑城的交通体系在运营顺畅的基础上,最大程度保障其生态环境的绿色。 最后,根据定量指标分析方法,对避暑城的交通能源使用以及低碳生态的指标制定详细的指标体系设定,用于规范整个哈尔滨避暑城的低碳生态设计。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of industrial innovation in the last century, the rapid development of urbanization and the development of industrialization have led to a large number of pollution problems in urban society on the basis of economic progress. This makes urban traffic in the process of urbanization on the basis of a series of drawbacks. In order to solve the problem of urban traffic pollution, the concept of "green traffic" came into being. Because the development index of green transportation mainly involves low carbon and ecology, these two factors have become the standard to evaluate the sustainable development of green transportation system at home and abroad. First of all, this paper studies the concept and connotation of green traffic system, studies the concept and framework of sustainable development of traffic, and analyzes the pollution problems and sources of pollution in urban transportation system. And the conclusion of the analysis to make some reference solutions. This paper analyzes the quantitative calculation methods of low carbon and ecology in the world, and studies the scope of application of all kinds of calculation methods. The carbon emission and ecologicalization of green transportation system are measured and studied by the method of calculation based on theory, and the index system suitable for evaluation of transportation system is obtained. Finally, the development mode and approach of low-carbon ecological system of green transportation system are obtained. Secondly, taking the green transportation system planning of Harbin Summer Resort as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the current traffic situation, analyzes and compares the overall planning of the last version of Harbin Summer Resort, and analyzes the land use conditions of the Summer Resort. The environmental factors and the influence factors of green traffic are compared, and the suitable green traffic planning mode is sought from the different planning of green transportation system. Then, according to the specific analysis and calculation of low-carbon ecological quantitative method, the green traffic strategy suitable for the development of summer city traffic is put forward: firstly, the development goal and strategy of green traffic are put forward. In view of the low carbon ecological angle, the corresponding infrastructure and management measures are given. From the ecological point of view, using the environmental factor data analyzed by GIS, the appropriate node model of landscape traffic planning is obtained. At the same time, aiming at the low carbon means, A low carbon ecological traffic mode and traffic management system suitable for summer city are put forward. The above strategies are adopted to achieve the green, low-carbon and ecological development of urban transportation system, in order to make the transportation system of summer city run smoothly and ensure the green of its ecological environment to the greatest extent. Finally, according to the quantitative index analysis method, a detailed index system for the transportation energy use and the low carbon ecological index of the summer resort city is set up, which is used to standardize the low-carbon ecological design of the whole Harbin summer resort city.
