BY公司ERP系统入料成本控制分析

【摘要】：ERP系统集信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身，是现代信息技术与现代管理理念的有机结合，是企业实现经济效益最大化的有效途径。近几年来，随着混凝土行业发展，ERP系统作为提高企业核心竞争力的重要工具也被广泛引入应用。在现有市场经济的大环境下，降低企业的产品成本成为提高企业效益的一个重要途径。而直接影响产品成本最重要的部分就原材料采购成本这一环节，做好入料成本控制就成为ERP系统的核心部分。 本文首先阐述述了ERP系统国内外的研究现状及我国混凝土行业的应用情况，接着对BY公司引入ERP系统后起到的作用进行了描述，并提出了入料模块存在的问题。然后对BY公司ERP入料成本控制进行实证分析，并提出了影响入料成本的因素及进行入料成本控制的途径。
[Abstract]:ERP system is an organic combination of modern information technology and modern management idea. It is an effective way for enterprises to maximize economic benefits. In recent years, with the development of concrete industry, ERP system as an important tool to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has been widely used. In the current market economy environment, reducing the cost of products becomes an important way to improve the efficiency of enterprises. The most important part that directly affects the product cost is the raw material purchase cost, and the key part of the ERP system is to control the input cost. This paper first describes the research status of ERP system at home and abroad and the application of concrete industry in our country, then describes the role of BY after the introduction of ERP system, and puts forward the problems existing in the feed module. Then, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the cost control of ERP feed in BY Company, and puts forward the factors that affect the input cost and the ways to control the input cost.
