中型体育场建筑研究

【摘要】:“后奥运时代”仍然存在对体育建筑的需求,,但无论从使用需求、资金投入等各个方面都会发生改变。本文从中型体育场入手,通过对体育场历史发展的了解,基于可持续性策划的方法,对中型体育场从使用需求分析、定位与规模和投资与运营等方面进行前期策划和后期运营研究。结合案例对中型体育场平面设计和剖面设计用理性的方式从各个不同层面量化对比分析,力图得出较为优化的中型体育场建设规模和建筑设计策略。 研究从建筑策划、可行性研究、建筑设计、建筑使用评价等全过程进行分析。将可持续性设计落到实处,合理组织模式,为建筑在其全生命周期的可持续更新发展提供技术支持和评价标准。 本文大概分为五个部分。首先对中型体育场的概念限定和研究背景进行了描述。其次通过对体育场的发展历程和国外的发展现状对我国的现有的中型体育场的问题进行了分析。第三部分对中型体育场的前期策划和后期运营的方法、模式进行了分析研究。第四部分从建筑设计的角度对中型体育场的平面、剖面设计进行了实例对比研究。最后对中型体育场的发展趋势和在全寿命周期内的建筑设计进行了策略分析和展望。
[Abstract]:There is still a demand for sports buildings in the "post-Olympic era", but it will change in all aspects, such as the demand for use, the investment of funds and so on. This article starts with the medium-sized stadium, through the understanding of the historical development of the stadium, based on the method of sustainable planning, from the use of the medium-sized stadium needs analysis, Positioning and scale, investment and operation, and other aspects of early planning and later operational research. Based on the case study of the plane design and section design of the medium-sized stadium, this paper makes a quantitative comparison and analysis from different levels in order to obtain the optimal construction scale and architectural design strategy of the medium-sized stadium. Research from the architectural planning, feasibility study, architectural design, architectural use evaluation and the whole process of analysis. The sustainable design is put into practice, and the reasonable organization model provides technical support and evaluation criteria for the sustainable development of architecture in its whole life cycle. This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, the concept limitation and research background of medium-sized stadium are described. Secondly, through the development of the stadium and the present situation of the foreign countries, the problems of the medium-sized stadiums in our country are analyzed. In the third part, the author analyzes and studies the methods and models of pre-planning and later-stage operation of medium-sized stadiums. The fourth part makes a comparative study on plane and section design of medium-sized stadium from the angle of architectural design. Finally, the development trend of medium-sized stadiums and the architectural design in the whole life cycle are analyzed and prospected.
