城市居住区的交流空间设计

【摘要】：随着现代社会节奏越来越快,人们承受着巨大的压力,人与人之间的距离越来越远,在居住区中出现邻里交流匮乏、人际关系冷漠等一系列的社会问题。人际交流是人类的基本需求之一,人们从内心渴望着与人交流,而在各种人际交流中,居住区的邻里交流是一个重要组成部分。城市居民一生有超过一半的时间处在居住区的环境之中,因此居住区的交流空间的好坏直接影响到邻里交流的品质。首先,本文从交流空间入手,阐述了交流空间的概念,指出邻里交流对居民的重大意义,分析了国内外居住区交流空间设计的研究现状,指出我国居住区的邻里交流和交流空间设计存在的问题。其次,本文分析了城市居民的邻里交流的不同行为模式以及各年龄层人群对交流空间的不同需求。接着文章从设计上进行探索,通过广场、道路、绿化、景观小品、公共设施等居住区交流空间的各个要素寻求具体的设计策略,为实际建设提供一些可操作的措施。一方面在整体设计中摒弃现代主义设计中一些不合理的设计思想,从满足居民的交流需求出发,用更人性化的设计思想规划居住区,使之更加充满活力,利于邻里交流。
[Abstract]:With the rapid pace of modern society, people are under great pressure, the distance between people is becoming more and more distant, there are a series of social problems in the residential area, such as the lack of neighborhood communication, interpersonal apathy and so on. Interpersonal communication is one of the basic needs of human beings. People yearn to communicate with others from the heart. In all kinds of interpersonal communication, neighborhood communication is an important part. Urban residents spend more than half of their lives in the environment of residential areas, so the quality of communication space in residential areas directly affects the quality of neighborhood communication. First of all, this paper starts with the exchange space, expounds the concept of the communication space, points out the great significance of the neighborhood communication to the residents, and analyzes the research status of the residential area communication space design at home and abroad. The problems of neighborhood communication and communication space design in our country are pointed out. Secondly, this paper analyzes the different behavior patterns of urban residents' neighborhood communication and the different needs of different age groups for communication space. Then the article from the design exploration, through the square, the road, the green, the landscape sketch, the public facility and so on residential district exchange space each essential factor seeks the concrete design strategy, provides some operational measures for the actual construction. On the one hand, some unreasonable design ideas in modernism design are abandoned in the whole design, and the residential area is planned with more humanized design thought in order to meet the communication needs of residents, so as to make it more energetic and conducive to neighborhood communication.
