高炉渣纤维制备建筑保温板及其性能优化

【摘要】:利用液态高炉渣直接气淬纤维化制备高炉渣纤维,加入合理的粘结剂和添加剂,制备出高炉渣纤维保温板,可以有效的解决高炉渣处理过程中产生的环境问题和资源浪费的问题,同时制备出的保温板应用于建筑保温,可以提高市场上无机保温材料的市场份额。 利用高炉渣纤维为原料,通过采用不同粘结剂和添加剂制备出高炉渣纤维保温板,研究粘结剂种类、成型压力、温度等因素对保温板的吸水性、憎水性、抗压强度、抗折强度和抗拉强度等性能的影响规律,为实际生产保温板提供了理论依据。 高炉渣纤维表面平整光滑,,平均直径为6.4μm,纤维渣球含量为3.2%,纤维本身不燃烧,是一种保温性能良好的绝热材料。分别采用水玻璃和羧甲基纤维素纳复合掺加作为粘结剂以及采用水玻璃和白乳胶复合掺加作为粘结剂制备出的高炉渣纤维板相比较,后者的性能更加优越。高炉渣纤维板的吸水性和憎水性受到粘结剂的性能和添加量、成型压力的影响,最佳憎水率为99.2%,短期吸水量最优达到0.79kg/m~2。 高炉渣纤维保温板在建筑施工中可以通过外墙外保温和夹心保温技术来实现,保温板制备中加入了合理的粘结剂和添加剂,优化了保温性能的要求,因此应用在建筑施工中可以很好的改善建筑的环境,起到保温的作用。
[Abstract]:Blast furnace slag fiber was prepared by direct gas quenching of liquid blast furnace slag, and reasonable binder and additive were added to prepare blast furnace slag fiber insulation plate. It can effectively solve the environmental problems and waste of resources in the process of blast furnace slag treatment. At the same time, the prepared insulation board can be used in building insulation, which can increase the market share of inorganic insulation materials in the market. Blast furnace slag fiber insulation board was prepared by using blast furnace slag fiber as raw material by using different binders and additives. The water absorption, hydrophobicity and compressive strength of blast furnace slag fiber insulation board were studied by the factors of binder type, molding pressure and temperature, etc. The influence rules of flexural strength and tensile strength provide a theoretical basis for the practical production of insulation plate. The surface of blast furnace slag fiber is smooth, the average diameter is 6.4 渭 m, the content of fiber slag ball is 3.2%, the fiber itself does not burn, it is a kind of insulation material with good thermal insulation performance. Compared with the blast furnace slag fiberboard prepared by using water glass and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium as binder and water glass and white latex as binder respectively, the latter has better performance. The water absorption and hydrophobicity of blast furnace slag fibreboard are affected by the properties and addition of binder and molding pressure. The optimum hydrophobic rate is 99.2% and the short-term water absorption is 0.79 kg 路kg ~ (- 1) 路m ~ (- 1) 路h ~ (- 1). Blast furnace slag fiber insulation board can be realized by external wall insulation and sandwich insulation technology in building construction. Reasonable binder and additive are added in the preparation of blast furnace slag insulation board, and the requirements of heat preservation performance are optimized. Therefore, the application in building construction can improve the building environment, play the role of insulation.
