【摘要】：从远古时期发展至今，人类在不断的演化中进行争斗与生存，而人类的生活则需要最基本的空间环境，室内空间环境设计便在不知不觉之中悄然产生，人类生存在地球浩瀚的大自然生态环境中，无时无刻的在利用人类发展进化史来战胜它、利用它，让人们的自身生存空间更加丰富、多姿。人类在其一生之中有百分之六十的时间是在室内空间中渡过的，这是我们赖以生存的地方，我们平日里的休息、会客、娱乐等等都可以在室内空间中去进行。正是这样，我们改造了大自然给予我们的生活空间，同时大自然环境又会影响我们的生活空间，人与自然之间有冲突，，同时又有依赖。每一个人都要在自己的室内空间中生活，而室内设计又有优劣、好坏之分，这对人们的日常生活习惯有着直接的影响。在当今竞争日益加剧的二十一世纪，不同的压力随之而来，再加之平时紧张的生活状态，给我们每一天造成了一定的身体和心理上的疲劳和损耗。人类价值观取向性的进步与改变，“人类中心主义价值观”日益恶化，因此，我们需要一个好的室内空间风格设计特点作为指导，作为领路者，而其在具有本身的生活基本功能之外，必须存在一定的内涵和独具特点的个性，而又要兼顾自然生态的可持续发展，只有这样，在我们舒适的生活之中，既能够既满足我们的物质需求，能够给我们以审美感官上的享受，又能够使人类与自然生态环境之间和谐共存的发展下去。设计是人类发明并运用的一种技术手段，同样，设计的运用宗旨是为人服务，以人为中心。设计的发展必须以满足人类的生活需求，包括物质和精神为总出发点，这也是设计的原始动力，也同样是最终目的，否则设计是没有任何存在的价值。伴随着高速的经济发展，工业和科技水平的不断进步，现代、后现代主义设计风格建筑的蓬勃发展，室内设计迎来了高速的发展契机。但是，在全球化的今天，快速发展的大工业生产方式和信息科学技术包括人们的价值取向使我们渐渐地与传统民族地域空间分离开来，不同历史时代的室内设计风格在统一标准的商品生产下，导致不同的室内空间设计趋于雷同，地域文化的特色渐渐衰退，逐渐形成的是室内设计的重复和模仿，自然生态环境被肆意的破坏和索取，地球物种的灭绝与消失，给现今地球生态造成了不可挽回的生态现状。而中国改革开放以来，在市场经济的带动之下，国际浪潮的涌入与启迪，使我国室内设计发展迅速，然而，由于没有具有中国特色的室内设计风格理论特点作为引导，导致很多设计师盲目的追随国际潮流，追求欧陆风，在人们价值观的影响下进行被动式的设计，以单纯的形式表现，来覆盖建筑室内设计本身的生命价值，从而淡忘了自身的民族传统风格特点。所以，我们的室内设计将朝着什么样的方向和趋势去发展、去进步，国内设计师们仍然处在迷茫和摸索之中。虽然未来的世界发展对于我们还是未知的理想时机，但时代的进步，科学与艺术的发展程度，室内设计风格表现特点必将在不远的未来迎来崭新的发展时代，必将引领我们以自然生态可持续发展的理念，讲究民族地域的传统特点和以人为本的基本精神价值观为发展理论基础，将二十一世纪室内设计风格表现特点朝着简约实用、民族地域、绿色生态、科技智能的崭新方向进发。
