生物素对肉仔鸡生长性能和机体免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同生物素供应状况(缺乏、充分和超量)对0-7 周龄肉仔鸡的生长性能及其血清生理生化指标的影响。将576 只1 日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分成4 个处理,每处理9 个重复,每重复16 只鸡(公母各半);基础日粮为小麦-酪蛋白-鱼粉型日粮(不额外添加生物素),在基础日粮中分别添加0.3、0.9 和2.7 mg/kg 三个水平的生物素,包括对照组共计4 种日粮处理。试验结果表明:(1)生物素缺乏将严重抑制肉仔鸡的采食和生长,生物素缺乏组肉仔鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重极显著低于各生物素添加组(P0.01),各生物素添加组之间没有显著差异(P0.05)。(2)添加生物素提高了血清磷脂水平和血清高密度脂蛋白含量,其中0.9 mg/kg 处理组显著高于对照组(P0.05),其它各试验组之间均无显著性差异(P0.05);而对低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和胆固醇水平几乎没有影响。由此可见,生物素主要影响磷脂代谢。(3)添加生物素后,血清胰岛素和生长激素水平呈上升趋势(P0.05),而胰高血糖素呈下降趋势(P0.05)。 系统研究了生物素对肉仔鸡免疫器官发育、机体免疫反应和神经内分泌激素的影响。将400 只1 日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡随机分成4 个处理,每处理5 个重复,每重复20只鸡(公母各半);基础日粮为小麦-酪蛋白-鱼粉型日粮,在基础日粮中分别添加0.30,0.90 和2.70 mg/kg 生物素,以基础日粮为对照共计4 种日粮处理。试验结果表明:(1)生物素缺乏可抑制免疫器官的发育,降低其重量指数;添加生物素可促进免疫器官发育,提高其重量指数。(2)生物素添加可促进细胞免疫反应和体液免疫反应,提高血清中球蛋白水平及新城疫抗体滴度和IgG 水平,极显著提高血液中T、B 淋巴细胞转化率。(3)添加生物素后,血清甲状腺素T4、三碘甲状原氨酸T3 和生长激素水平呈上升趋势。
[Abstract]:The effects of different biotin supply (deficiency, adequacy and overdose) on growth performance and serum physiological and biochemical indexes of broilers aged 0-7 weeks were studied. 576 1-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 9 replicates per treatment and 16 chickens per replica (male and female half). The basal diet was wheat-casein-fish meal diet (no additional biotin was added), and three levels of biotin were added to the basal diet, including the control group of 4 dietary treatments. The results showed that: (1) the feed intake and growth of broilers were seriously inhibited by biotin deficiency. The average daily intake and average daily gain of broilers in biotin deficiency group were significantly lower than those in other biotin supplementation groups (P0.01). There was no significant difference among the biotin supplementation groups (P0.05). (2). The serum phospholipid level and serum high density lipoprotein content were increased in the 0.9 mg/kg treatment group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between other test groups (P0.05). There was little effect on low density lipoprotein, triglyceride and cholesterol levels. It can be seen that biotin mainly affects phospholipid metabolism. (3) the levels of serum insulin and growth hormone increased after the addition of biotin (P0.05). The effects of biotin on the development of immune organs, immune response and neuroendocrine hormones in broilers were systematically studied. 400 1-day-old Aiba Yijia broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments, 5 replicates per treatment and 20 chickens per replica (male and female). The basal diet was wheat-casein-fish meal diet. The basal diet was supplemented with 0.30U 0.90 and 2.70 mg/kg biotin, respectively. The basal diet was treated with four diets. The results showed that: (1) Biotin deficiency could inhibit the development of immune organs and decrease its weight index; The addition of biotin can promote the development of immune organs and increase its weight index. (2) the addition of biotin can promote cellular immune response and humoral immune response, increase the level of globulin in serum, the titer of Newcastle disease antibody and the level of IgG. (3) the levels of serum thyroxine T4, triiodothyronine T3 and growth hormone increased significantly after the addition of biotin.
