混合式学习环境中大学英语教师角色研究

  本研究基于活动理论,以—所海事大学的140名学生为研究对象,使用问卷、访谈和课堂观察的研究方法,对混合式学习环境下,学生在课程开始时与课程结束时对于大学英语教师角色的认知及其变化开展了为期9周的跟踪研究。研究结果表明:(1)在课程开始时,学习者认为教师在其线上学习过程中的管理角色以及在面对面课堂学习中的认知角色较为重要。(2)在课程结束时,学习者认为教师的管理角色、认知角色以及情感角色在其线上及面对面学习过程中的各个阶段都至关重要。同时,不同学习者对于教师角色的认知存在差异。(3)学习者对于教师角色的认知在学习过程中发生了变化,主要原因是在其在线学习及面对面课堂的学习过程中,学习者基于自身学习经验以及教师实际教学行为,对教师角色进行了重新思考。在理论方面,本研究为活动理论在混合式学习背景下的大学英语教师角色研究提供了新的视角及实证数据。在教学方面,本研究从学习者视角探究了大学英语教师的角色,为混合式学习环境下大学英语教师的有效教学提供启示。
