【摘要】:中国水资源总量丰富,但人均占有量低及水资源时空分配不均等问题,使水资源的可持续利用成为一个亟待解决的问题。山西省自身所处的地理位置使水资源短缺一直是当地突出问题,同时山西省作为煤炭能源大省又具有其独特的水资源短缺冲突,故以山西省为例对水资源的承载力进行研究。选取了山西省的10个地级市,从需水量和供水量两个方面对水资源的现状及未来进行分析及预测。而水资源承载力的评价摒弃传统较单一、片面的方法,在原先的研究基础上建立了一个新的水资源承载力评价体系,从水环境、社会、经济及生态环境4个层面对水资源的承载力进行综合、全面的评价。运用STELLA软件模拟2020年山西省10个地级市水资源供需平衡状况,结果表明,山西省水资源的供给无法满足需求量,并且在较长的一段时间将一直处于这个状况。
[Abstract]:The total amount of water resources in China is abundant, but the per capita occupancy is low and the distribution of water resources is uneven. Therefore, the sustainable utilization of water resources has become an urgent problem. The geographical location of Shanxi province makes the shortage of water resources always been a prominent problem in the local area. At the same time, Shanxi Province as a coal energy province has its unique conflict of water shortage. Therefore, taking Shanxi Province as an example, the carrying capacity of water resources is studied. 10 cities of Shanxi province were selected to analyze and predict the current situation and future of water resources from two aspects of water demand and water supply. Evaluation of water resources carrying capacity to abandon the traditional method is single, one-sided, based on original research on the establishment of a new evaluation system of water resources carrying capacity, water from the environment, society, economy and ecological environment in 4 aspects of water resources carrying capacity comprehensive evaluation. The STELLA software is used to simulate the supply and demand balance of water resources in 10 prefecture level cities in Shanxi Province in 2020. The results show that the supply of water resources in Shanxi can not meet the demand, and will remain in this situation for a long time.
