安谷水电站水轮机调速系统研究开发

【摘要】:水轮机调速系统是水轮发电机组的辅助控制系统,是水轮发电机组正常工作的重要辅助系统。该控制系统工作性能优良,才能保证机组的安全运行。水轮发电机组及其控制设备从最初的完全进口国外设备到目前基本完全国产化。2012年11月金沙江向家坝水电站国产单机800MW巨型机组投运成功,为我国水电设备制造竖起新的里程碑。 四川大渡河安谷水电站工程的开发任务为发电、防洪、航运、灌溉和供水等。电站装机容量772MW,装设4台单机容量190MW的轴流转桨式水轮发电机组和1台单机容量12MW的轴流转桨式水轮发电机组。单机容量190MW的轴流转桨水轮发电机组,水轮机部分由东方电机生产,是目前国产单机最大轴流转桨水轮机。武汉长江控制设备研究所有限公司中标调速器项目。 本文详细介绍基于进口GE FC5000主配压阀和贝加莱X20系列微机调节器的WDST 200 6.3型调速器的开发过程,2014年3月,,该项目第1台调速器工厂验收合格,各项指标均满足国家调速器验收标准。结合安谷调速器项目,本文详细阐述了大型调速器机械液压部分和油压装置的选型计算方法,介绍调速器机械液压系统原理图设计方法,调速器集成式液压集成块设计方法。该调速器采用两个电磁比例阀作为电液转换器,作为一级液压放大元件,进口GE主配压阀作为二级液压放大元件,配套油压装置采用3台大流量螺杆泵加2台小流量螺杆泵方案。 双冗余设计思路普遍应用于国内大型调速器,并取得了良好的应用效果,本文详细介绍调速器电液转换器、微机调节器、调速器电源系统等双冗余设计在安谷调速器的应用。该调速器采用自适应变参数并联PID调节规律,使调速器具有良好的调节品质。调速器70%的故障都是由于系统内油质污染、劣化导致的,我们采用一系列解决方案保证系统油质清洁。另外考虑到调速器压力罐可能出现空气安全阀误动作等导致系统失压,导致机组飞逸等情况,我们专门给事故配压阀设置一台事故压力罐以保证机组安全运行。本文详细介绍了节流技术在调速器机械液压系的应用、大型调速系统验收试验中遇到特殊问题的解决方案,本文对于大型机组调速器开发设计、验收安装、维护运行都具有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic turbine speed regulation system is the auxiliary control system of the water turbine generator set and the important auxiliary system of the water turbine generator set working normally. The control system has excellent working performance. Only in order to ensure the safe operation of the unit. Hydroelectric generator set and its control equipment from the original completely imported foreign equipment to the present basically completely domestic. November 2012 Jinshajiang Xiangjiaba hydropower station single machine 80. The 0MW giant unit has been successfully put into operation. A new milestone has been erected for the manufacture of hydropower equipment in China. The development tasks of Angu Hydropower Station in Dadu River, Sichuan Province are power generation, flood control, shipping, irrigation and water supply, etc. The installed capacity of the power station is 772 MW. Four axial flow propeller type hydrogenerator units with a single unit capacity of 190MW and one axial flow propeller type hydrogenerator unit with a single unit capacity of 12 MW are installed, and the shaft flow propeller turbine generator set with a single unit capacity of 190MW is installed. The turbine is produced partly by Dongfang motor and is the largest single shaft flow propeller turbine made in China at present. Wuhan Yangtze River Control equipment Research Institute Co., Ltd has won the bid for governor project. This paper introduces in detail the development process of the WDST type 200m 6.3 governor based on the imported GE FC5000 main pressure distribution valve and the Begaard X20 series microcomputer regulator. In March 2014, the first governor factory of the project passed the acceptance test, each index met the national governor acceptance standard. Combined with the Angu governor project. In this paper, the selection and calculation method of the hydraulic part and the oil pressure device of the large speed governor are described in detail, and the design method of the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the governor is introduced. The governor adopts two electromagnetic proportional valves as the electro-hydraulic converter, as the first stage hydraulic amplifying element, and the imported GE main pressure distribution valve as the secondary hydraulic amplifying element. Three large flow screw pumps and two small flow screw pumps are used in the oil pressure system. The dual redundancy design idea is widely used in large speed governor in China, and good application effect has been obtained. This paper introduces the governor electro-hydraulic converter and microcomputer regulator in detail. The double redundancy design of governor power supply system is used in the application of Aegu governor, which adopts adaptive variable parameter parallel PID regulation rule. The governor has a good quality of regulation. Governor 70% faults are due to oil pollution in the system, deterioration caused. We use a series of solutions to ensure the oil quality of the system clean. In addition, considering the governor pressure tank may appear air safety valve misoperation, such as system loss of pressure, resulting in unit flight and so on. We specially set up an accident pressure tank to ensure the safe operation of the unit. This paper introduces the application of throttling technology in the hydraulic system of governor in detail. The solution to the special problems encountered in the acceptance test of large speed regulating system is of certain reference significance for the development design acceptance installation and maintenance operation of the governor of large scale unit.
