改性聚氨酯接缝材料的力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:近年来对单组分聚氨酯材料的研究逐渐活跃,但固化时间较长,尤其使用疑为致癌物质的莫卡(MOCA)作为固化剂,制约了其应用范围。基于此,研究了其他固化剂对聚氨酯接缝材料的影响,通过添加填料改善其力学性能,进行实际工况中的弱碱性、热老化模拟试验。结果表明,添加3‰的三亚乙基二胺能使表干时间缩短3h,较大提高力学性能;填料的最佳添加比例为30%左右;老化温度高于80℃时,材料的力学性能呈现缓慢下降趋势,满足弱碱性环境使用要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on one-component polyurethane materials has become more and more active, but the curing time is relatively long, especially the use of MOCA, a suspected carcinogen, as the curing agent, which restricts its application.
