高拱坝特殊工况坝体结构工作性态研究

【摘要】:拱坝设计时,为防止坝体混凝土产生裂缝,同时考虑混凝土施工的要求,必须设置横缝。为保持拱坝成为一个整体结构受力,横缝必须进行妥善的处理,,如接缝灌浆。灌浆时,为保证横缝张开度满足要求,且为确保接缝灌浆质量,除灌浆区混凝土温度要降至设计封拱温度外,灌区上部需有一定厚度盖重区,且盖重区温度也应达到设计规定值。 黄河拉西瓦水电站实际运行条件与设计条件相比存在三种特殊运行工况,其一为由于施工进度、以及混凝土悬臂高度的影响,通过对大坝灌区及其盖重区的温度监测资料分析后发现存在局部灌区封拱温度比设计封拱温度高的情况,据此可知,将存在局部拱圈封拱后坝体温度荷载发生变化,本文研究了在此条件下拱坝整体应力条件的变化;在之后局部混凝土冷却过程中横缝的开度变化等工作性态的改变。 第二类特殊工况在于研究灌浆区上部盖重区混凝土冷却过程中对下部横缝的影响,并讨论对盖重区混凝土冷却的要求。 此外,对高拱坝而言,分期建造提前发电将会产生巨大的经济效益,但与一次建成一次蓄水相比,大坝的真实工作性态和常规结构分析时的工作性态成果将会存在一定的差异。此问题也是本文关注的问题。 本项研究主要是针对拉西瓦混凝土拱坝设计中,对带有普遍性的特殊工况下坝体工作性态进行分析,寻求新的合理评估分析方法。此项研究工作完善了研究拱坝局部温度荷载的理论和方法,对于提高混凝土拱坝工作性态的分析计算研究水平,起到了推动作用。
[Abstract]:In the design of arch dam, in order to prevent cracks in dam body concrete and to consider the requirement of concrete construction, the transverse joint must be set up. In order to keep the arch dam as a whole structure, the transverse joint must be properly treated, such as joint grouting. In order to meet the requirements of transverse joint opening, and to ensure the quality of joint grouting, except for the temperature of concrete in grouting area to be reduced to the designed arch temperature, the upper part of irrigation area should have a certain thickness of cover area, and the temperature of cover area should also reach the designed value. Compared with the design conditions, there are three special operating conditions in the actual operation conditions of the Laxiwa Hydropower Station on the Yellow River. One is the influence of the construction schedule and the cantilever height of the concrete. Based on the analysis of the temperature monitoring data of the dam irrigation area and its overburden area, it is found that the temperature of the arch seal in the local irrigation area is higher than that of the designed one. According to this, the temperature load of the dam body will change after the partial arch ring is sealed. In this paper, the variation of the stress condition of the arch dam and the variation of the opening of the transverse joint during the local concrete cooling are studied in this paper. The second kind of special working condition is to study the influence of concrete cooling process on the bottom transverse joint in the upper cover area of grouting area and discuss the requirement of concrete cooling in the cover area. In addition, for high arch dams, the early generation of electricity by stages will bring great economic benefits, but compared with one water storage at a time, There will be some differences between the actual working behavior of the dam and the results of the conventional structural analysis, which is also a problem of concern in this paper. This research is mainly aimed at the analysis of the working behavior of the dam body under the special working conditions with universality in the design of the Lassiva concrete arch dam. A new reasonable evaluation and analysis method is sought. This work has perfected the theory and method of studying local temperature load of arch dam, and has played an important role in improving the level of analysis and calculation of the working behavior of concrete arch dam.
