淳化县社会经济发展与水资源承载力关系研究

【摘要】：本论文以陕西省咸阳市淳化县为研究对象,以2015年为现状年,通过对淳化县水资源现状进行分析与计算,并以水资源现状为基础,将该县社会经济—水资源系统分为社会系统、经济系统、生态系统和水资源系统进行分析,并使用Vensim软件建立SD分析模型分析淳化县水资源承载力,最终得到以下结论:(1)研究区地表水资源量达到4711.0万m~3,地下水资源量达到2386万m~3,地表水资源量和地下水资源量二者之间重复的水量是1635.3万m~3,水资源总量达到5462.0万m~3。地表水资源的可利用量达到4915.1万m~3,地下水资源的可被开采量达到1016.4万m~3,研究区域水资源可以利用的水资源量是5113.8万m~3。(2)现状发展型方案下泾河流域区主要发展农业,石川河流域区主要发展工业,且需水量远大于泾河流域区,从2028年开始出现了缺水,全县供需差额没有出现负值即没有出现缺水的状况。(3)经济发展型方案下淳化县两个区域均出现水资源短缺的情况,且缺水量均越来越大。该方案下全县范围内的水资源调度不能解决两个区域的水资源短缺问题。且该方案将导致水资源过度开发,地下水超采,生态环境不断恶化等一系列严重后果。(4)资源环境保护型方案下泾河流域区和石川河流域区均不缺水,且有余水。在这种方案下淳化县的污水排放量大幅度的增加,对水资源以及生态环境起到了一定的保护作用,但与此同时研究区的社会经济的发展水平是比较低下的。(5)综合发展型方案下工业、建筑业、第三产业和农业发展状况相比现状发展型均有进步,该方案下供需相对平衡且污水排放量减少,对生态环境的保护加强,水资源得到更加合理有效的利用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Chunhua County of Xianyang city in Shaanxi Province as the research object, in 2015 for the current year, through calculation and analysis for the status quo of water resources in Chunhua County, and in the basis of the status quo of water resources, water resources system is divided into the county social economy, social system, economic system, analysis of ecological system and water resources system SD analysis, and the establishment of Chunhua County water resources carrying capacity model using Vensim software, finally obtained the following conclusions: (1) the amount of surface water resources in study area reached 47 million 110 thousand m~3, the amount of groundwater resources reached 23 million 860 thousand m~3, repeated water between surface water resources and groundwater resources in the amount of two is 16 million 353 thousand m~3, the total amount of surface water resources the water resources available for 54 million 620 thousand m~3. could reach 49 million 151 thousand m~3, the groundwater resources exploitation can be reached 10 million 164 thousand m~3, the amount of water resource utilization can be water resources in the study area is 51 million 138 thousand m~3.
