逐步逼近理想的调度方式研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的飞速发展和人口数量的不断扩大,各方对水资源的需求量不断增加,进而由于水资源时空分布不均导致的水资源短缺问题日益突出。现阶段,跨流域调水是调节区域水资源分布不均、对水资源进行合理配置的主要且有效的手段之一。由于跨流域调水所涉及内容的综合多样性和复杂性,基于许多大型跨流域调水工程的投入运行,如何更有效率的开展跨流域调水工程的调度,尽最大可能发挥其工程效益成为亟待解决的问题。为此,本文以引汉济渭跨流域调水工程为研究对象,从如何实现跨流域调水工程效益最大化角度出发,进行逐步逼近理想的调度方式研究,以求水能和电力系统经济运行的充分利用。论文的主要内容如下:(1)引汉济渭工程各关键单元的运行可行域分析。从工程的主要分布出发,依据各主要组成部分的功用,进行单元节点的划分,从而分析各节点自身独立求解时的理想运行状态。考虑工程各节点间联系和工程实际运行时产生的约束条件后,进一步分析各节点无法满足自身理想解后的最佳运行状态及最不利运行工况。可为本文中调度计算模型的应用研究提供依据。(2)逐步逼近理想的运行调度计算模型研究。以理想参考点理论方法为核心,建立非线性规划(NLP)模型;运用NLP模型求解得到离散的有效解集后,进一步应用逐步优化算法(POA)求解。(3)引汉济渭工程调度系统的开发与实现。基于现代信息化技术、软件开发技术,研究了知识可视化技术以及组件开发技术的实现方式,同时在知识可视化综合集成平台的基础上,建立基于组件、基于知识图及可视化工具的引汉济渭工程调度系统构建模式,实现通过综合集成平台完成引汉济渭工程调度系统的快速搭建。同时,实现不同时间周期和不同调水规模下基于理想参考点理论方法的调度模型的应用。进一步地,本文依据不同的来水频率,选取三个典型年(丰水年、平水年、枯水年),因不同调水规模下各单元节点可行域发生变化,对不同调水规模分别作以研究,并对结果进行分析,完成对建立模型所得结果可靠性的验证。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous expansion of population, the demand for water resources is increasing, and the shortage of water resources due to the uneven distribution of water resources in time and space is becoming increasingly prominent. Interbasin water transfer is one of the main and effective means to regulate the uneven distribution of regional water resources and the rational allocation of water resources. Based on the operation of many large-scale trans-basin water transfer projects, how to carry out the dispatching of the cross-basin water transfer projects more efficiently and to maximize the project benefits becomes an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, taking the water diversion project of Han Ji-Wei River Basin as the research object, from the point of view of how to maximize the benefit of the cross-basin water transfer project, the paper makes a study on the gradual approach to the ideal dispatching mode. In order to make full use of water energy and economic operation of electric power system, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the feasible region analysis of the operation of key units in the Hanji-Wei project. Based on the main distribution of the project and the function of the main components, The unit nodes are divided, and the ideal running state of each node is analyzed when it is solved independently. After considering the relationship between the nodes of the project and the constraints arising from the actual operation of the project, Further analysis of the optimal operation state and the most unfavorable operating condition after each node can not satisfy its ideal solution can provide the basis for the application of the scheduling calculation model in this paper. Research. With the ideal reference point theory and method as the core, The nonlinear programming model is established, the discrete effective solution set is obtained by using the NLP model, and then the progressive optimization algorithm (POA) is used to solve the problem. (3) the development and implementation of the dispatching system for the Hanji-Wei project, which is based on the modern information technology, is introduced in this paper. The realization of knowledge visualization technology and component development technology is studied. At the same time, on the basis of integrated integration platform of knowledge visualization, component based, Based on the knowledge map and visual tools, the construction model of the project scheduling system for importing Han and Jiwei is developed, and the rapid construction of the dispatching system of the project is realized through the integrated platform. At the same time, The application of dispatching model based on ideal reference point theory method under different time periods and different water transfer scales is realized. Furthermore, according to different water frequency, three typical years (high water year, average water year) are selected. Due to the change of the feasible region of each unit node under different water transfer scales, the different water transfer scales are studied, and the results are analyzed to verify the reliability of the model.
