基于经验模态分解的蓄能机组甩负荷压力数据处理

【摘要】：针对水电机组甩负荷过程中关键压力测点极值计算方法不能体现甩负荷过程压力测点变化趋势及脉动情况的缺点,采用经验模态分解方法对甩负荷过程数据进行处理,提出了趋势提取的准则,并以蜗壳进口压力为例成功提取了压力测点的趋势及脉动情况。研究结果表明,采用经验模态分解方法对甩负荷过程中的压力测点数据进行处理,结合相关系数准则可有效获得压力测点的趋势项和脉动项;趋势项与调保计算结果具有一致性,因此可采用趋势项对调保计算模型的有效性进行验证;应加强对压力脉动项的研究,以修正调保计算结果,使结果更加准确。
[Abstract]:In view of the disadvantage that the calculation method of extreme value of critical pressure measuring point in load rejection process of hydropower unit can not reflect the change trend and pulsation of pressure measurement point during load rejection process, the empirical mode decomposition method is used to deal with the data of load rejection process. The principle of trend extraction is put forward, and the trend and pulsation of pressure measurement points are successfully extracted by taking the inlet pressure of volute as an example. The results show that the empirical mode decomposition method is used to deal with the data of pressure measurement points in the course of load rejection. The trend term and fluctuation term of pressure measurement point can be obtained effectively by using correlation coefficient criterion, and the trend term is consistent with the calculation result, so the validity of the model can be verified by using the trend term. The study of pressure fluctuation term should be strengthened in order to correct the calculation results and make the results more accurate.
