基于DPSIR模型的山西省水资源可持续性评价

【摘要】:水是一切生命的基础,是万物之源,然而随着社会经济的高速发展,水资源对经济发展的制约作用体现的越来越明显,如何合理利用和保护水资源,维持水资源系统的内在平衡,通过保护水资源系统从而实现可持续发展成为所有水资源匮乏区域都要面对的问题。山西省地处华北地区西部,是典型的内陆省份,水资源匮乏,水体污染严重,产业结构不合理,这些都对山西省水资源可持续性发展造成不利影响。因此,对山西省进行水资源系统可持续性的综合评价具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文的研究内容主要分为以下几个部分: 1、介绍DPSIR模型的发展过程及基本框架,并结合水资源建立基于DPSIR模型的水资源可持续性评价模型,通过寻找科学的组合系数实现用客观组合赋权法来确定权数,最后介绍了综合评价法的基本原理和计算方法。 2、建立山西省水资源可持续性评价体系,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应五个角度对影响山西水资源可持续利用的因素进行分析,,并在因素分析的基础上结合山西省省情进行指标筛选,筛选出22个用于评价的指标。 3、基于DPSIR模型对山西省水资源可持续性进行评价。依据客观组合赋权法计算权重值并根据综合评价法计算出指标层和目标层综合评价值,计算结果表明,山西省在研究期内水资源系统可持续性较好,总体上体现可持续发展的态势。通过分析影响结果产生的各种因素,提出针对山西省水资源可持续发展的五项措施。
[Abstract]:Water is the foundation of all life and the source of all things. However, with the rapid development of social economy, the restriction of water resources on economic development is becoming more and more obvious. Maintaining the internal balance of the water resources system and achieving sustainable development through the protection of the water resources system has become a problem for all the water resources scarce regions. Shanxi Province is located in the western part of North China and is a typical inland province with a shortage of water resources. The serious water pollution and unreasonable industrial structure have adverse effects on the sustainable development of water resources in Shanxi Province. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to evaluate the sustainability of water resources system in Shanxi Province. The research content of this paper is divided into the following parts:. 1. The development process and basic framework of DPSIR model are introduced. Combined with water resources, the water resources sustainability evaluation model based on DPSIR model is established, and the weights are determined by objective combination weighting method through searching for scientific combination coefficients. Finally, the basic principle and calculation method of comprehensive evaluation method are introduced. 2. Establish the water resources sustainability evaluation system of Shanxi Province, analyze the factors that affect the sustainable utilization of water resources in Shanxi Province from the five angles of driving force, pressure, state, influence and response. On the basis of factor analysis, 22 indexes for evaluation were screened according to Shanxi provincial conditions. 3. Based on the DPSIR model, the water resources sustainability of Shanxi Province is evaluated. The weight value is calculated according to the objective combination weight method and the comprehensive evaluation value of the index layer and the target layer is calculated according to the comprehensive evaluation method. The calculation results show that, The water resources system of Shanxi Province is sustainable in the research period, which reflects the situation of sustainable development on the whole. Through analyzing the various factors that affect the results, five measures for the sustainable development of water resources in Shanxi Province are put forward.
