黄河砂在大流动性混凝土中的应用研究

【摘要】:采用黄河砂与机制砂混合配制大流动性混凝土,研究了黄河砂掺量对不同强度等级混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:黄河砂代替部分机制砂,混凝土拌合物的工作性能普遍得到了提高,对于高强度等级的混凝土,黄河砂的掺量应少于低强度等级混凝土的;通过调整混凝土的配合比和黄河砂的掺量,能够使混凝土拌合物的工作性能最佳;黄河砂代替部分机制砂,在大多数情况下,混凝土的抗压强度得到了提高,且对不同强度等级的混凝土,黄河砂最佳掺量不同,在最佳掺量下,对应的混凝土抗压强度最大;黄河砂对低强度等级混凝土抗压强度的改善作用更加明显。
[Abstract]:The effect of sand content of Yellow River on the working performance and compressive strength of concrete with different strength grades was studied by mixing the sand of the Yellow River and the machined sand. The results show that the sand of the Yellow River replaces the partially machined sand. The working performance of concrete mixture has been generally improved. For high strength grade concrete, the content of Yellow River sand should be less than that of low strength grade concrete, and by adjusting the mix ratio of concrete and the amount of Yellow River sand, In most cases, the compressive strength of concrete is improved, and the best content of Yellow River sand is different for concrete with different strength grades. The corresponding compressive strength of concrete is the largest under the optimum content, and the improvement of the compressive strength of low strength grade concrete by Yellow River sand is more obvious.
