济南市区南部水库群连通工程可行性研究

【摘要】:济南虽为“泉城”,但人均水资源占有量不足全国人均占有量的七分之一,且城区各水源地之间缺少联系,水资源供需矛盾突出。目前,随着南水北调配套工程的实施,可以实现调引黄河水、长江水到卧虎山水库。以此为基础,将济南市南部山区现有的河流、水库统一规划,合理借助客水资源,实施生态综合治理、水源统筹配置,对满足供水需求、强化已建成水利工程效益、提升城市形象、支持经济社会可持续发展具有重要的意义和作用。 本文在充分调查水文、水利工程等资料的基础上,以实现中心城区水资源优化配置为目标,对济南市区南部水库群连通工程规划进行了研究。同时合理的制定工程建设规模,工程总体布置,并在此基础上分析了工程建设对环境和水土流失的影响。研究认为:项目具有较好的经济、社会和生态效益,项目的实施将进一步促进市区水资源有效利用,保障社会、经济、资源和生态环境协调发展。
[Abstract]:Although Jinan is a "spring city", the per capita water resource is less than 1/7 of that of the whole country, and there is a lack of relation among the water sources in the urban area, and the contradiction between the water resources supply and demand is prominent.At present, with the implementation of the supporting project of South-to-North Water transfer, the diversion of Yellow River water and Yangtze River water to the Huhushan Reservoir can be realized.On the basis of this, the existing rivers and reservoirs in the southern mountainous area of Jinan City are unified in planning, rationally utilizing guest water resources, implementing ecological comprehensive management and overall allocation of water resources, so as to meet the demand of water supply and strengthen the benefits of completed water conservancy projects.It is of great significance and function to promote the city image and support the sustainable development of economy and society.Based on the investigation of hydrology and water conservancy engineering data, and with the aim of realizing the optimal allocation of water resources in the central urban area, this paper makes a study on the planning of the reservoir group connectivity project in the southern part of the urban area of Jinan.At the same time, the scale of engineering construction and the overall layout of the project are reasonably formulated, and on this basis, the impact of engineering construction on the environment and soil erosion is analyzed.The research shows that the project has better economic, social and ecological benefits, and the implementation of the project will further promote the effective utilization of urban water resources and ensure the harmonious development of society, economy, resources and ecological environment.
