基于多目标动态规划算法的水库兴利优化调度模型及应用

【摘要】:针对多阶段多目标水库优化调度问题,以邯郸市东武仕水库兴利调度为例,通过设计频率P=20%的入库径流和需水过程,构建了基于水力效益和耗水效益的水库兴利优化调度模型;基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法中的非支配排序策略,提出了多目标动态规划算法,获得了多目标优化的帕累托(Pareto)最优目标集;针对可能的目标偏好,计算水库各月的泄水量和缺水量。结果表明,多目标动态规划算法能获得水库兴利调度目标值的一个Pareto前沿;在任何阶段,针对同一月末库容,所有目标值均构成一个Pareto前沿。
