面向自动测流闸门的传感器开发

【摘要】:闸门开启高度和闸门上、下游水位是实现闸门测流的必要参数,随着测控系统的不断更新完善,闸门测控系统对两个测量参数的精度要求越来越高。目前国内外广泛使用的闸门开度测量装置和水位测量装置存在各种不足,特别当是应用于野外恶劣环境下时,传感测量装置的性能受到很大影响,因此,开发面向自动测流闸门的传感器是十分必要的。 论文主要研究设计了几种适用于闸门开度测量的传感器和闸门上、下游水位测量的传感器,并对开发的传感器进行了实验测试,具体内容有以下几个方面: (1)设计了两线制4-20mA输出信号的变阻式角度传感器,进行了传感器机械结构和电路设计,并完成了角度传感器的制作和调试。 (2)设计了四种非接触磁敏角度传感器,包括数字信号(RS485接口、RS232接口)输出型和模拟信号(0-5V、4-20mA)输出型。进行了传感器机械结构和电路设计,并完成了几种传感器的嵌入式程序设计,制作完几种型号的非接触磁敏角度传感器后进行了实验数据分析,验证了适用于面向自动测流闸门开度测量的可行性。 (3)设计了一种超声波水位传感器,根据超声波测距原理。并且结合温度补偿的方法进行了传感器电路和程序的设计,在传感器制作完成后进行了实验,并且进行了实验数据分析。 (4)使用PMAC运动控制卡和伺服电机搭建实验平台,进行位置环和速度环的双闭环控制,测试闸门开度传感器的性能。搭建超声波水位传感器的实验平台,完成对超声波水位传感器的性能测试 根据实验结果,表明了设计的角度传感器和超声波水位传感器适用于自动测流闸门开度和水位测量。
[Abstract]:The gate opening height and the gate and the downstream water level are the necessary parameters to realize the gate flow measurement . As the measurement and control system is continuously updated and perfected , the accuracy requirement of the gate measurement and control system is getting higher and higher . At present , the gate opening measurement device and the water level measuring device widely used at home and abroad have various deficiencies , especially when being applied to the harsh environment in the field , the performance of the sensing measuring device is greatly influenced . Therefore , it is necessary to develop the sensor which faces the automatic flow metering gate .
In this paper , several sensors and sensors suitable for gate opening measurement and downstream water level measurement are designed , and the developed sensors are tested and tested . The specific contents include the following aspects :
( 1 ) The variable resistance angle sensor of 4 - 20mA output signal is designed , the mechanical structure and circuit design of the sensor are carried out , and the manufacturing and debugging of the angle sensor are completed .
( 2 ) Four kinds of non - contact magnetic sensitive angle sensors are designed , including digital signal ( RS485 interface , RS232 interface ) output type and analog signal ( 0 - 5V , 4 - 20mA ) output type .
( 3 ) An ultrasonic water level sensor is designed . According to the ultrasonic distance measurement principle , the design of the sensor circuit and the program is carried out by combining the temperature compensation method , and the experiment is carried out after the sensor fabrication is completed , and the experimental data analysis is carried out .
( 4 ) constructing an experimental platform by using a PMAC motion control card and a servo motor , performing double closed - loop control of the position ring and the speed loop , testing the performance of the gate opening degree sensor , establishing an experimental platform of the ultrasonic water level sensor , and completing the performance test on the ultrasonic water level sensor
According to the experimental results , it is shown that the designed angle sensor and ultrasonic water level sensor are suitable for the opening and water level measurement of the automatic metering gate .
