离心泵变角调节研究及节能分析

【摘要】:目前,国内离心泵工作点的调节方法主要是采用变速调节和变径调节法,但是变速调节和变径调节都有一定的调节范围,在某些情况下并不能完全满足要求。针对中小型离心泵站和灌排两用离心泵站,提出了利用变角调节来改变水泵运行工况的方法。根据离心泵的水流运动特点及叶轮进口相似三角形的关系,推导出了离心泵的流量数学模型。以山西省某供水工程和天津某灌排两用离心泵站为例,通过改变叶片的入口安放角,达到调节水泵运行工况的目的;同时,针对天津某灌排两用泵站的实际情况进行了节能分析。分析结果表明:变角调节后可以减少能耗,提高工程的经济效益。
[Abstract]:At present, the methods of adjusting the working point of domestic centrifugal pump mainly adopt variable speed regulation and variable diameter regulation method, but the variable speed regulation and the variable diameter regulation have a certain range of regulation, and in some cases can not completely meet the requirements.According to the medium and small centrifugal pump station and the centrifugal pump station of irrigation and drainage, the method of changing the operating condition of the pump by adjusting the variable angle is put forward.According to the characteristics of centrifugal pump flow and the relationship between impeller inlet similar triangle, the mathematical model of centrifugal pump flow is derived.Taking a water supply project in Shanxi Province and an irrigation and drainage centrifugal pump station in Tianjin as an example, by changing the inlet angle of the blade, the purpose of regulating the operating conditions of the pump is achieved.Energy-saving analysis was carried out for a dual-purpose pumping station in Tianjin.The results show that the energy consumption can be reduced and the economic benefit of the project can be improved by adjusting the variable angle.
